Zvezda, (common referred to in simple shorthand as "Moon Base") is the first ever Lunar outpost of the Soviet Union; constructed between the years of 1962 and 1964. The base consists of nine modules each serving a different purpose such as the Habitation Galley, Laboratory, and Medical Bay. The base can be occupied by up to twelve people, and the inhabitants make use of a variety of rovers all derived from the lunokhod rover with the most prominent being the Moon Train, which is a crewed rover train with three modules that can be accompanied by mining and prospecting rovers.
