Falaros, the first planet of Crimelios, is an immense, tidally locked gas giant that helps bind the entire system in place. Its bright orange bands of clouds are some of the deadliest environments in the system, with windspeeds regularly reaching up to two hundred kilometers per hour. Encircling Crimelios at a distance of merely eight million kilometers, the day-side temperatures reach a little over four hundred degrees. By all accounts, it is completely uninhabitable to life.

In its billions of years, Falaros has succeeded in capturing fifteen asteroids. They are largely separated into two orbital groups; the inner Watchtower and the outer Terminus. Additionally, a cloud of cosmic gasses and dust enshrouds the planet, lending the cosmos a faint crimson hue.

In the face of its hardships, the gas giant provides a generous supply of hydrogen, a vital sublight thruster fuel, to the Unity of Twilight. At the heart of Falarosi industry lie Aero and Cazo, a remotely-operated pair of gas extraction sites in the upper cloud layer. The personnel that oversee the operations are stationed in Ignos, an outpost excavated deep into Watchtower VI.
