Acellaris
Description:
The staring abyss is an entity of unknown nature positioned approximately 7.427 astronomical units from Acellaris in the direction of the galactic core. It has assumed the form of a black hole enveloped by an accretion disk. Any visual contact with the entity leads to an intense feeling of paranoia and impending doom no more than two days afterwards. Subjects have additionally exhibited a loss of lucidity a week after the exposure.
The entity was discovered in 1253 by an amateur astronomer visiting the Res Point Observatory. Images of the entity quickly spread across the internet. In the span of two days, a total of 5316 reported individuals were involuntarily hospitalized. The public has since been placed under the assumption that the black hole was a hoax.
