Once the nuclear winter on Isdeon had ended, the Minwons quickly decided to establish a global government. At first, it was a monarchy-style system, allowing a King or Queen to rule over the planet. However, as the Minwons rebelled against the monarchy, the system was abandoned and made changes to their government. |

It was slowly taking shape over a century, but space exploration was nearly impossible. Instead of resurrecting their old, famous cities, they constructed new and improved cities, surrounded by landmarks and connected through roads. Over time, the cities soon merged to form mega cities, where the city population could allow over a hundred million. |
