With the fall of the long-lasting [[Usurpes Plutocracy of Etheaunsk]] (UPE), the Samutan Galactic Faction rose, bringing an end to regional plutocracy. People who held old plutocratic ideals, or were leaders of the UPE were executed, and defense of the new nation was prioritized. The leader of the DNGF, 'Chaw-Sipom', felt as if plutocracy was just one of many threats to the well being of the new empire. Revolution, opposing ideals, rival civilizations, and especially the [[Commonwealth of United Economic Nations]] were seen as other, more major issues. And so, he began a long series of attacks, military programs, and restructuring which would appeal to the people, and more to the interests of the government. |
