Backstory

Tyranicus is a Tyrannosaurus rex born in the region now known as Naledano in the world of Ganiton. He was born into a family with a few other sibling, which after an unfortunate event taking place at a young age, left him the only one in his family left besides his parents. His family wasn’t born so much into faith, but respected the practice of Veynarism and despised Skullsplitter’s practices. For a time, things were relatively peaceful for him and his family, and only killed when they really needed to. However, all’s well that end’s well, and on one faithful night that all changed.

A little while after Tyranicus had grown into a juvenile, he was forced to split from his family after returning from a small hunt only to find them both dead. A cold shiver went down his spine at the sight, and a bellowing roar heard still freshly nearby of a much more dangerous foe. He couldn’t believe it: what could have possibly killed two fully grown tyrannosaurs and simply leave their corpses there to rot? The practice of killing for sport was foreign to him, but soon enough he heard a ruffle in the forest shrubs nearby.

It was pitch black in the night, and he couldn’t see the beast, but he knew he wouldn’t be able to stop whatever was coming, so he ran. He ran as fast has he could as a juvenile, but that wasn’t enough for the massive figure to come rushing towards him at an alarming speed. He couldn’t even process at first, but right there and then he felt a sharp and agonizing pain like no other. The beast’s yellow eyes pierced through the darkness infront of him, and it’s claws, while he barley got a glimpse of them, were almost like the claws of a therizinosaurus.

But however, just as the creature was seemingly about to go for the killing blow, it was stopped. Stopped by the foot of a large sauropod crashing between the two and separating them. Tyranicus took the opportunity to escape, and quickly stumbled down a hill and deeper into the forest within. He was badly injured, but still alive and scarred from the experience.

Years later, Tyranicus is now an adult tyrannosaurus, growing wiser and more intelligent from the experience while still making the area nearby his home. However, the deep scars of the beast still present across his body, and the images of that fateful night still present and haunting him in his mind-

-and he would make it a vow to insure that no one he ever cared about would have the same faith as his parents had that night.
