• Continents unite. Early multicellular life spreads along coasts, coexisting with older microbial species.

~1,000 years before present – The Sealing of Denonia by Skullsplitter

• Skullsplitter, tyrant of the Deathmaw Legion, masters black magic and seals Denonia beneath the earth, imprisoning her in a prison of stone and shadow.
• Denonia’s direct influence disappears, leaving Ganiton without divine guidance.
• She begins spawning magical weapons, but their emergence is delayed, lying dormant for centuries until the present medieval era.

~Present Medieval Era – The Awakening of Weapons

• After centuries of dormancy, Denonia’s weapons begin to appear across Ganiton, in rivers, forests, and mountains.
• The weapons awaken with fragments of her divine flame, calling to select dinosaurs whose hearts resonate with her power.
• Some are truly chosen, others stumble upon the weapons by chance, spreading chaos and conflict.
• Skullsplitter and the Deathmaw Legion still dominate the land with black magic and tyranny.
• Life from every era thrives: Jurassic reptiles roam alongside Pliocene amphibians and ancient armored fish, forming ecosystems that are impossibly layered and complex.
• The land hums with the latent energy of Denonia, and the prophecy of her return hinges on Skullsplitter’s defeat.
