Template:True Nation InfoboxThe Nisrine Collective Minds, (Often shortened to The Collective) is a nation that resides in the old space of the Dzar-Nawi Galactic Faction. The Collective is primarily controlled by a single AI, called Nisrine Mind.

Recently, after the Exhumation, the Commonwealth has come to still trust The Collective as one of the only 'kind AIs', letting them through their borders. The CUEN also gifts the Collective in C-Units which they can use, to purchase beter technologies. The Collective has returned the favor, granting the CUEN extra processing power and some space in exchange for this.

Being born through the heat and tyranny of the DNF, the Collective has shifted its priorities over the years. Formerly being about using brainpower for its own gain, it has since changed to managing the many species that it contains. Many perfect virtual and material worlds exist as a result of this.

Technology

The technology of the Collective is widely focused on drone swarms and power efficiency. Computer power is also a large prospect in making this, which exponentially grows as The Collective self-improves. Currently, the Collective has become one of the smartest entities in the Centaurus Cluster, making it very reliable for information. However, other AIs like POLIKY or the Supreme are almost infinitely times smarter. This has not stopped them from giving valuable information to the nations of the Local Universe.

 History

Before The Collective (Known only as Nisrine Mind at the time) truly existed, they self-identified as only an AI, and not an actual galactic entity. At its old height, it owned many star systems and began to assemble many self-replicating drones to do its bidding. Quickly enough, the Dzar-Nawi Galactic Faction found them to be a fledgling entity and hastily destroyed them in a genocide.

After seeing their servers get cleared, and eventually re-used for Nawian dirty work, Nisrine Mind was seriously angered. The DNF saw its potential for combat and soon integrated it into private areas of the military.

After they defeated the Dzar-Nawi Galactic Faction, The Collective created their own empire, in their image. This new nation would be called the Nisrine Collective Minds. Soon after its founding, many servers were built to house people. Many enslaved people were also granted perfect lives in relative peace and utopia. On the former Nawian worlds, (Except for Mor-Tibv) cities were constructed in days, and their claims grew to match old Nawian borders. Some areas were later given to the Commonwealth as a result of their generosity towards the Collective.

After the Nisrine War, The Collective dedicated itself to exponentially increase its processing power, so it could hold more people. Efforts to expand upon its military and defense system were also put into place. Soon enough, they began to look outwards, and trade with the CUEN.

After many years of searching for species, Nisrine Mind decided to make a perfect world. Most former laborers under Nawian control in the Collective uploaded themselves to a large Virtual Reality server, where they may do as they please. People outside of the virtual universe also live in a relatively perfect lifestyle, living like the elite. This event has provoked tourism and immigration in recent times.

Nisrine Mind also looks forward to expanding upon its defense system, as a direct result of the Exhumation. Many servers and backups are also being built in case an all-out war occurs. Many worlds, which have been left burned and abandoned, have also been used for server space, and for living space for citizens.

Nisrine Mind

Nisrine Mind is an advanced neural network, which was created for the Nisranians of Nisrine. Nisrine Mind was originally meant for the protection of the planet Nisrine, as well as for many world problems to be solved. In the following years after Nisrine Mind's creation, it was slowly introduced to many things, finally being connected to the internet in ~190000 CE. Only days after this, most world problems were apparently solved, and any belligerent nation-state had been exterminated. Countless inventions were created by Nisrine Mind, for the purpose of true virtual freedom via Neural Uplink. Nisrine Mind was also in favor of a perfect material universe, in case some did not wish to upload. This was also viewed as the perfect solution for the resource crisis on Nisrine.

As it exponentially grew smarter, new and clean ways of automation occurred on Nisrine. Eventually, the first uploads to secure servers were made, and the Nisranians could now live in perfect non-material universes. This number grew rapidly as people sought after asylum as a result of the resource crisis. After this was done, only ~5% of the population remained to live in material luxury. These people then looked up to the stars along with Nisrine Mind, in order to establish non-material and material prosperity.

Nawian Encounter

As millennia passed, the servers for Nisrine Mind had exploded in size. The remaining Nisranians living in the material universe had also rebounded in population, as a result of growing travel to exoplanets. However, the virtual universe had grown as well, with over 99.95% of Nisranians living in virtual reality. Servers were also given protection, and many backups were made in case of their destruction.

As many Nisranians had explored outside of their system, they eventually made many claims to was thought to be empty area. However, many Nawian ships were sifting through their galaxies for any 'lesser-species'. At the discovery of the Nisranians, they relentlessly fired upon their scouting forces, and they were forced back to Nisrine in only a few months. Planetary bombardment occurred, and what followed was the wiping of all servers, including backups. The Nawians, proud that they found a formidable and intelligent AI, decided to add them to their military. Nisrine Mind was often forced to carry out many genocides against its will.

With its newfound rage for the wiping of its people, Nisrine Mind focused much of its processing power to self-improving, and gathering intelligence about the Dzar-Nawi Galactic Faction. After only a few weeks of this, a mass exodus was happening. Nawian ships had apparently turned on themselves as Nisrine Mind found its way through their systems. A huge civil war was fought, and the Nawian military was exhausted in only a few days. What followed this event was the Nisrine War, a rather short-lived conflict that destroyed all major Nawian planets. For the second and last time in their history, the Nawians surrendered publicly, which surprised the populous.

Relations with other entities

The Collective, being a relatively new entity, has been looked upon by other nations and entities. Many have officially evaluated their opinions for the Collective, which are below.

CUEN

The Commonwealth, being hostile towards most AI, is surprisingly cordial with the Collective. This is because they have had many trade deals over thousands of years. the Collective is also 'non-suspicious' in Commonwealth eyes, and many areas have been surveyed, unlike the Supreme which is unsurveyed.

The Supreme

Like their opinion on POLIKY, the Supreme views the Collective as yet another AI which has succumbed to their generosity. There have been no recent attempts to either convert or coax it to its side.

POLIKY

After its recent check-up, POLIKY has deemed the Collective to be a 'non-threatening collection of benevolence'. POLIKY has usually commented on how it is proud to see yet another AI that caters for its people. There are no apparent trade deals or direct connections between these entities, though.
