The Glitter Territories is a highly-placed member nation within the CUEN, despite its small size of only 3 galaxies. It has close ties with both LZF and FUSS & seeks to advance morally.

Various tribes fought each other to try to achieve dominance over their homeworld's oceans, but the most pacific ones managed to create ties with others, eventually growing a paficist thought that states the union of all tribes on the planet as the only way to bring an end to wars.
