Template:!Galaxy InfoboxThe Lance Galaxy is the first and only satellite of the Zalanthium Galaxy. It is slowly being ripped apart by its galaxy, and is predicted to become the Lance Ring within a billion years. Most of its stars are red, orange or white giants, meaning that this galaxy has little life or even planets in it.

Structure

The structure of the galaxy is very simple - the density of the stars grows higher the closer you get to the core of the galaxy, which is a anomaly. Due to its stretching, the galaxy has 3 major areas, which are defined by the direction the galaxy is traveling around its parent, the Zalanthium Galaxy.

Core

The core of the galaxy is predominantly red, orange and yellow giant stars, caught in orbit around the super-massive binary star, Minoa-Lokii. In this area, the sky is cloudy orange with the light of the galaxies stars, and the brightest star in the sky is the aforementioned core.

Orbitwise & Anti-Orbitwise Fringe

The Orbitwise and Anti-Orbitwise Fringes are identical in everything but name and location. They are both stretched out, and are constantly loosing stars to the Lance Halo. They are both predominantly made of large stars, but have a higher concentration of yellow, red and orange dwarf stars than the Core.

Lance Halo

The Lance Halo is the halo of stars that have been pulled from the galaxy by its parents, or have just been plain ejected. The Lance Halo is the forerunner of the Lance Ring, the rare type of galaxy called a Ring Galaxy which will form from the remnants of the Lance Galaxy once it has been pulled apart by the Zalanthium Galaxy.

Civilizations

Native Worlds

The Night sky in the Lance Galaxy is very different from other planets in spiral galaxies - the stars are spread out around the sky.
