Aeris
The ice giant of Sirona lies in a distant orbit around the sapphire suns of Ayatar and Ayamar, deep in the Nebulon region of Midonia. The azure clouds and violet skies, in synergy with its spectacularly vibrant ring system, set the stage for awe-inspiring sights in the blackness of space. This beauty has captured the attention of people across the galaxy, and in the decade since its discovery, it has led to an age of economic prosperity in the system of Aya. The three greater moons of Sirona have been a site of heavy industry, with vast factory towns draining them of their natural resources in order to fund the construction of local infrastructure.
The industry-leading astrohabitation corporation, Orbital Intergalactic, has turned Sirona into a site of thriving expansion, creating countless jobs and opportunities for people across the galaxy. Initially, the corporation constructed outposts in orbit of the planet and on the greater moons; however, it has lately begun to construct enclosed habitats in the clouds of Sirona, supported by hot-air balloons. Central to this expansion is Aeris, an open-air resort cosmopolis held in the air by balloons and enclosed in a grand dome.
Research expeditions in the clouds of Sirona have uncovered the presence of cloud-dwelling creatures in the ice giant's atmosphere, sparking a wave of curiosity among researchers. The lifeforms, comparable to violet jellyfish in appearance, gracefully glide in gusts of wind and control their buoyancy with inflatable sacks of hydrogen, nourishing local planktonic species. The discovery of these strange creatures has vastly contributed to the collective understanding of life and helped advance a great number of fields.

Boulder
The moon of Boulder sits farther than any other in Sirona's gravitational sphere of influence, traveling for eons in interstellar space until it was captured in a stable orbit. Unlike the other moons of Sirona, Boulder lacks an atmosphere and is a desolate wasteland of rocks and dust, inhabited only by microbes in the scarce water ice at the poles. What sets the moon apart is its remarkable concentration of rare-earth elements, which are fundamental for the construction of countless vital technologies. As a result, vast extraction sites and factories obscure the barren landscape of Boulder, employing both people and automatons to fuel the industry of expansion in the system of Aya.
