Overview
This is a scope based on a Galaxy imbued by supernatural powers drawn from the cognitive realm known as the Veil (Thus the name of the scope). The Veil has special rules that dictate the magic drawn into the physical world and shaping the worlds and societies that live within.

What is the Veil exactly?
The Veil is a mirrowing cognitive shadow of our world, the place of the ABSTRACT in capital letters, exchanging energy from one to the other influencing each other. Energy is generated from things such as life, matter, space-time, death, emotions, ideas and dreams. All are the product of the constant flow between the veil and the physical world in a constant in which neither can exist within the other.
For example: The spark of an emotion can be created in the physical world, be generated and mature fast within the veil and then coming back into that person much stronger causing this person to change things in the physical world lead by this emotion. Another Example, an idea can be shaped in someone's mind, thus on the veil. It can mature and then the person creates said object, so now the new object that only existed in the veil now does exist in the physical one. Animated beings or alive beings and inanimated things or matter are the raw exchange of this power between the veil and the physical world. The energy emanates from them and goes into the veil and viceversa everything something is killed or an object is changed or moved. Death on the other hand is the energy that flows into the Veil after something dies.
From an idea, a feeling, a dream, or the afterlife, all reside within the Veil. The Veil and the Physical world, exchange energy constantly. Life, time-space, creation, destruction... Life generates Ther, and it flows constantly as a smoke emanating from all living things into the veil. Matter or inanimated objects do the same, and this can only be sense and almost seen when mages concentrate. They are the only ones to manipulate the this forces. This is understood as the magic system within the Veil Scope.
