Overview

Project Zero, or the "Department of Primordial Research and Development," was Ambrosia's foremost contemporary organization dedicated to the study and reverse engineering of ancient pre-Alizarani artifacts. Founded on Neo-Eden in the year 21 EE; (Ends Emergence) Project Zero once acted as the galaxy's go-to producer of experimental military technologies utilizing so-called "Primordial Artifacts;" a catchall term in reference to all remaining extant artifacts crafted prior to the Time of Ashes. However, following the beginning Havriel-Sanlagosa Crusade of 34 EE; Lakarda Lakvan — the founder and head of Project Zero — willingly shifted its whole focus to the defense of the Havriel species; moving away from intragalactic clientele and nationalizing its assets and remaining members to the control of the Havriel Alliance federal government.

For thirty years after; Project Zero acted as essentially the sole defensive asset the Havriel Alliance held against the Sanlagosa Concordant. The great majority of gains in the war, be it minor or major, was directly initiated by Project Zero due to the vast wealth of funds, resources, and operational assets gained over the years as an indepdent galactic arms-dealer.
