Uranus

The seventh planet in the Sol System. This planet is classified as a frozen N-Class world. It has a total of 27 moons, 6 out of them have been colonised (but not terraformed). It is most famous for rotating on its side along with its moons and thin rings. It is believed that a collision eons ago turned the planet on its axis.

There are not many floating cities within the atmosphere of this world, much like Neptune.
