Alpha Centauri (Borealis Universe)

Overview

Alpha Centuauri is a trinary system that is located at 4.26 light years from Sol. It hosts two stars, Alpha Centauri A and B. Additionally, there could be a third star, Proxima Centauri, about 0.2 light years from the two main stars. If its orbit around the binary system is confirmed, it would take hundreds of thousands of years to complete one orbit.   

Alpha Centauri A   

It is a G2-type main-sequence star, similar to Sol.This star has 8 planets.Arcturus,Beta,Cygnus,Pegasus,Nibiru,Telgard,Sinus,Oracus and acouple of dwarf planets.It also has an Asteriod belt and a comet belt.

Alpha Centauri B

It is a G7-type main-sequence star ,similiar to sol.This star has 7 planets.Alpha,Einstein,Prithvi,Edway,Kepler,Darwin,Asgard.It has an asteroid belt and a comet belt.

History

Alpha Centauri was well known by Greek and Indian scientists.It was thought to be a single star.But at 1915 It was declared as a trinary system.Missions started to Alpha Centauri in 2074.The mission consisted of two probes that were to visit both the stars.The space probes found microscopic life in one of the planets around the stars. Also it found three candidates for terraforming.Manned missions started in 2076.The planets were named after famous scientists.More info soon........
