Overview
The Quara'ke Universal Observatory is a large, ground-based optical telescope on the outskirts of the Embala Galaxy. It is located on the moon Mokta'ka (RS 0-8-12127916-989-58-4-3380-41 9.2, 980). The Observatory, due to it being 10 billion light years from the Milky Way, has been used to study more prominent galaxies in their younger days, such as the Milky Way or the Lewis Galaxy

History
Planning for the Q.U.O. first began in late 196000 CE and construction was finished in 196112 CE.
