Urban areas built by ACB-3309-S1 instances are located mostly underground, for reasons unknown. It is believed that the deepest underground habitation reaches past ACB-3309's Moho discontinuity.
If ACB-3309-S1 society is to invent interplanetary space travel, the ACB-3309 system is to be destroyed. A superlaser is to be constructed on Pillar I or II in order to execute this process.
