Template:NEW Conflict Template!The Thulcandran Evacuation was an event in the War of the Decamillennial Transition, which consisted of the population of Thulcandra evacuating in massive 'arks'. Surrounding colonies in the same system and surrounding star systems also evacuated, which angered the losing Lactean Confederacy. It is known that the LaC made a last-ditch effort for keeping Thulcandra, since it was a very powerful planet under LaC jurisdiction.
