Description

The Zaofor-Zaonur System is a binary star system settled by the United Federation of Star Systems, located in the Large Magellanic Cloud. The Zaofor-Zaonur System holds much of its prominence from the First Magellanic War, in which it was captured and recaptured by forces of the UFSS. Ever since the era of war ended with Humanity and the UFSS, the newly established Confederacy of Borealis aimed to re-establish many areas in the Large Magellanic Cloud. The Zaofor-Zaonur System happened to be home system of the Interstellar Systems of Ysau, which left behind many pieces of rubble from the First Magellanic war. The UFSS, wanting to claim glory, took the system with little notice, and quickly began to rebuild infrastructure.

Becoming one of many important Confederate outposts, Zaofor has been of great use, especially after the First Magellanic War when no danger was present, and construction could be fully realized. The first major Wormhole links were established from the Milky Way in time, and trade began to flow in incredibly. Planets which were previously settled essentially exploded in population and trade, which allowed for many constructs, space stations, and forms of diplomacy with the now member-nation of the ISY.

The stars themselves have no planets around them. Instead, they orbit eachother with the planets orbiting around the barycenter. This has allowed for some constructs like a famed Star Lifting site, which takes the valuable resources of Zaofor and utilizes Caplan Thrusters to avoid crashing into Zaofor. A Dyson Swarm would be unreliable from Zaomur's tug, so this appears to be the only megastructure in the system.

Planets

The Zaofor-Zaomur System contains six planets, which have been severely affected by the joining of the ISY to the Confederacy of Borealis. A comprehensive list with basic descriptions of planets are below:

Name	Description
Urujates	Urujates is a small ice subgiant which is located very close to the Zaofor-Zormur Barycenter. It is heated up considerably by both stars, and is useful for its large amounts of hydrogen in its atmosphere. Solar energy is also very useful near Urujates. Urujates has one small microterra moon, which was used for mining, and now contains a large surface city.
Vandali	Vandali is a boiled D-Class terra, which orbits closely to the Zaofor-Zaomur Barycenter. Vandali was mostly a mining colony, until a massive climate-controlled ecumenopolis was created by the Interstellar Systems of Ysau. The two asteroid moons which orbit Vandali have since been used for mining, and were easily turned into Asteroid Habitats by the CoB.
Pocia	Pocia is an intermediate-mass hothouse planet, which is located not too far from the Zaofor-Zaomur barycenter. Imitiating planets like Venus or Holyupsk before terraformation, Pocia is subject to many cities in its skies. Heavy amounts of nitrogen in its atmosphere have been used as exports, which give Pocia a great value to places in its vicinity. There also happen to be 11 dwarf moons, which supplied the planet and surrounding worlds with much-needed resources for many centuries.
Viso	Viso is the fourth planet in the Zaofor-Zaomur System, and it holds a rather thick atmosphere. Gravity on Viso is a bit higher than that on Pocia, but it is very much able to give way to a comfortable life to Humans. Viso has three asteroid moons, which have been exploited and reused as habitats.
Ysi	Ysi is clearly the most major planet in the Zaofor-Zaomur System, as it contains a large portion of the planetary population, and is the central for almost all travel in the Zaofor-Zaomur System. The suitable gravity and subzero temperatures allow for Ysi's massive ecumenopolis to thrive. Being the former capital of the Interstellar Systems of Ysau, Ysi is very much revered for its historical value and its modern-day high development. Many historical areas have been bunched up near Ysi in the forms of space stations, with other constructs staying in its orbital vicinity. Ysi also has four dwarf moons, which have all been reused as habitats.
Arensis	Arensis is a large N-Class planet, which contains many dwarf moons and four major moons. Mining and gas extraction is very common, which pushed forward a heavy presence of mega-engineering in the planetary system. Arensis, as a reslut, has many floating cities, and is considering building a shellworld in its atmosphere.
