Central Gravitational Well: Sagittarius A*

Orion Spur

The Orion Spur consists of two primary Galactic Regions as classified by the Scientific Assembly: the Inner Orion Spur and the Near Orion Spur.

- Inner Orion Spur stretches approximately 500 light-years from the Sol star in all directions and encompasses The Stellar Neighborhood Region.

Voskepar (Ոսկեպար)

Voskepar is the central region of the Milky Way Galaxy, bordering the Eksitaja Arm, Shibui Arm, Enzel Arm, and the Asgard Arm. It is a crucial hub of galactic activity.

Notable Location: Sagittarius A* (the supermassive gravitational well at the center of the Milky Way).

Shibui Arm (渋い)

The Shibui Arm primarily spans from the left side of Voskepar to the outer left edge of the Milky Way. It borders the Enzel Arm, Eksitaja Arm, Astrid Arm, and Voskepar.

Known for its minimalist beauty, the Shibui region showcases a strikingly simple galactic aesthetic, with few nebulae visible and stars arranged in a near-perfect, symmetrical pattern across the sky.

Notable Locations: HyperBorea, Eye of Horus Nebula.

Asgard Arm (Ásgarðr)

The Asgard Arm extends below the Milky Way, reaching towards the right side of the galaxy. It borders the Astrid Arm, Orion Spur, Enzel Arm, Eksitaja Arm, and Voskepar.

Within the Asgard Arm lies the ancient The Bridges, which drifted into the Milky Way nearly 50 million years ago. This location has been archived and is maintained by the Archangels. The Asgard Arm is also known for containing the densest concentration of nebulae in the Milky Way, creating a stunning display of vibrant colors across the stars.

Astrid Arm (Ássfriðr)

The Astrid Arm lies below the Orion Spur, forming one of the lowest galactic regions. It borders the Asgard Arm, Eksitaja Arm, Shibui Arm, and Voskepar.

On the far-right side of the Astrid Arm, the density of stars and stellar features thins dramatically, creating a striking contrast of darkness and light throughout the region.
