The population is mostly made up of Seekers at 75% with Norans making up 24% and [[Ror Units]] making up 1%.

There are three individuals that are the last of their kinds and there are ten critically endangered species living here as well.

Everything from humans to seekers live in this province. Some criminals even willingly go this province to seek refuge.

There are a total of 1.7 Quadrillion individuals living in the galaxy, making it very sparsely populated. This is because the Seekers almost completely destroyed every civilization in this galaxy, leaving only a small amount of Ror Units.
The Intendancy and the [[Alliance of Five]] use the province as a penal colony. Every year, billions of criminals are deported to this province. It has been an interesting experiment for the Psychology of having so many species in one place.

The Galaxy was chosen for the purpose of housing the Seekers and Norans because of the almost nonexistent population, as well as the great symbolic value of a destoryed galaxy being where the remaining seekers get to live.
