The General Setting focuses primarily on the cosmological and digital foundations of Distant Worlds. It includes content related to:
- Computer systems and digital infrastructure
- Abstract or large-scale physics phenomena
- Interstellar or intergalactic objects and concepts
Articles that do not take place on a specific planet or do not reference a localized event default to this setting. It serves as the umbrella category for high-level or systemic elements that shape the broader universe. Use: Template:DSLogo
Milky Way 
The Milky Way Setting chronicles the history, civilizations, and events occurring within the Milky Way Galaxy,the original cradle of humanity and still its cultural and political heart.

At the heart of Fujin is the Tiqqun (also known as The Palace), a massive megaship that journeys from world to world, documenting its findings before ultimately departing neighboring galaxy to fulfill a predestined mission following the completion of its construction.
