Half-woman and half-machine, elementary school teacher Siobhan Steele

History

Siobhan Steele was a school teacher who, while leading her 4th-grade class through a Jormungandr Engineering lab, was involved in an incident where an experimental energy source exploded. She managed to get all of her students out of the collapsing building safely but unfortunately 65% of her body was destroyed. The Mother of one of the children (the person who had gotten the class the field trip in the first place), grateful for Siobhan saving her child, created cybernetic enhancements and a new life support system for the woman, and miraculously she awakened.

At first she was horrified by her new metal body as well as the fact that she was legally dead, she tried to contact her family but they were terrified of her and convinced she wasn’t her. And so she packed what little she could and moved as far away as she could. Her naturally caring nature prompted her to protect people with her new abilities.
