Tulip's general demeanor is one of great excitability of the world around him. Most often he is adorned with a smile, and a shine behind his eyes, often ready to see what the day's challenges hold in store.
Tulip's core values are twofold:
1: Ones identity should NEVER be violated by ANY one so long as said identity does not violate the identities of others.
2: If you allow someone to be forced into a precontrived *box* in respect to their identity, then you are equally guilty as one the actor.
Tulip's main aspiration is that all prejudice the world over will be wiped away; he believes the Champions of Haven are the key to this dream.
