The Abyssreach is the name given to the centre of the Sky River Gyre, within the Voidsea. It is a region of great importance to many Spheres and factions, as it is the suspected origin point of Taekni.

Various pieces of archeotech, rediscovered data packets, and information pulled up from old sources seem to suggest that at the very least, the first mentions of Taekni came out of the Abyssreach. However, it is noticeable that there is not yet any data that confirms it was directly created there, or that any such projects to create it originated there - It is mere speculation for the various forces within the Gyre.

Despite being such an important region to those factions, none of them control it directly - it is located deep within the Fae Rest, and any force that attempts to get near has found itself either lost, or unable to navigate properly. This is present within both the Voidsea, and it's Realmlands counterpart, the Centre.
