'''Euria''' is a minor world, as is primarily used for mining out large quantities of resources. It can be classified as a small selena since it has absolutely no atmosphere, and is composed of primarily rock, metal, and water-ice. |

* [[Euria (Vela)]] |

Euria orbits the pair of Kalista-Kali at the distance of approximately 0.2 AU, thus giving the world a frigid temperature of -168 °C, and the orbital period of 56 Standard Days. It's rotational period is constantly being significantly slowed down, and of today, the planet completes a single rotational period in about 84 hours. |

Euria is one of the smallest planets in the Kalista-Kali system, only having the diameter of 1560 km, and the mass of 0.008M⊕. It is due to these properties that the world has the small gravity of 0.15G, requiring gravity generators to be used in settlements for human-habitation. |
The planet used to once have subsurface oceans filled with life, but as the core gradually cooled down, so did the subsurface oceans. Now the only evidence remaining of it's ancient ecosystem are massive fossils frozen in water-ice, littered across what was once the seabed. One such fossil is known as the "Gargantuan Fossil", and is the fossil of a possible apex predator of the ancient ecosystem, as even the teeth on the fossil are each 6 meters long. On account of the low gravity, the life would evolve to be much larger than usual. |
When in a long time the outer layer of rock and metal is fully mined away, the planet is planned to be moved closer to the binary stars, causing the water-ice to melt, creating an oceanic world, which is giving rise to a new and lush ecosystem of fauna and possibly flora. Many aquatic species are planned to be exported to the planet too. |
The planet has suffered from many major impact events, as seen by the numerous enormous crater rays dotting it's light brown and beige surface. Many of these major impacts played a huge role in cooling down the core of the planet. |
== '''Major Settlements''' == |
Many major settlements exist on the planet, all of which are used for mining out the resources on the planet. |
=== '''Euclid Mining Site''' === |
'''The Euclid Mining Site''', also known as '''Site-E''' is the largest one of mining sites, housing dozens of deep caverns, and advanced mining vehicles. Most of the work in Site-E is done by robots, however humans are a big part of it too, with an average of over 1000 vehicle operators being stationed in the site at once. |
