Amaranth Legacy:Rules

From Amaranth Legacy, available at amaranth-legacy.community
Revision as of 03:04, December 2, 2024 by Tesinormed (talk | contribs)

Amaranth Legacy has a simple and easy-to-follow set of guidelines which are expected to be followed in all community spaces.

Be polite
Treat others with basic respect. Try not to start arguments, and be cordial. Give constructive criticism when asked.
No bigotry
Don't send anything which is discriminatory to people based on immutable characteristics (gender, race, nationality, sexual orientation, age, et cetera).
No NSFW content
Don't post or upload any explicit NSFW content, whether it be sexual or gore-related.
No inflammatory or offensive profiles
Usernames, profile pictures, and user pages should not be inflammatory or offensive.
Are politics allowed?
Many settings deal with themes derived from or directly referencing real-life history / politics. This means the subject is unavoidable. Keep it civil; discussion about whether a fictional economic system would work can be fun, but remember that we are talking about fiction.
Language
This is primarily an English-speaking community. Therefore, we require the use of English. There may be channels for non-English speakers in the future, but as of right now, we ask you to use English in all instances.
Don't vandalise
Respect our scopes! Please contact authors before making changes.
Fanfiction and derivative works
Ask an author before creating an alternative version of their work. As for fanfiction of existing properties, we ask that it remains on the Fandom version of the site.
Avoid using other people's images
Use proper image attribution. We encourage users to create their own images using whatever tools they like.
You own your pages, but...
All content uploaded is under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported. This means that anyone can, with proper attribution, reference, use, or copy your work so long as these derivatives also use the same license.
