Lumi is a frozen moon encircling the ice giant Talv in the barren outskirts of the Tythel system in Midonia.

Lumi's population resides in several vast cities excavated into the frozen terrain across the moon, the ice acting as a cheap yet effective protection against solar radiation. The cities are constructed vertically, oftentimes reaching hundreds of meters into the ice, and feature large, open spaces in the center that are typically packed with businesses. Residential blocks can be found surrounding the central area.

Vibrant nature reserves have been constructed in every city on Lumi, flourishing with countless Kai Särav species, designed to help against the psychological hardships of constantly living in an enclosed space. They are enveloped by screens that accurately simulate the day and night on Kai Sära and are frequently visited by nearly the entire population.
