Pestilence

The Kaiju known as Pestilence is actually a swarm of thousands of mutated Locust who first appeared in Cairo, Egypt.

Appearance

Being a swarm of mutated locust Pestilence can reconstitute and rearrange its body at will. Though typically it takes the form of a large, winged insect-like being with four, membranous wings and a long reptilian tail.

Abilities

Composite Structure - Pestilence is a conglomerate of millions of cell-like mutated locust merged to create one single entity,. As long as there is organic matter to sustain it, one single cell can regenerate into a complete Pestilence, similar to how a starfish can regenerate missing arms. Due to its composite structure, Pestilence can shape its combined form however way it chooses, allowing it to form extra appendages such as sharp tendrils and even split apart and recombine at will.

Unlimited Growth - If allowed to continually feed uninterrupted, Pestilence can grow until they block out the sky.

Strength and combat - Upon reaching larger sizes, Pestilence is capable of fighting monsters like Sobek and Baikalmalgam head-on. They have incredible physical strength
