Frostbank is a city located on the Minnesota shores of Lake Superior and is notable for its shipyards and iron mines. The city is also known for being cold, foggy, and rainy, rarely seeing a day with clear skies. The smell of lake water and fish permeates the city.
It is a hotspot for criminals and smugglers, who often try to smuggle things across the U.S. border into Canada, but the rent is cheap so many workmen and poorer folks put up with the bad people and bad weather.
