Grinfulo Galaxy

History

The galaxy has had no native species beyond basic bacteria. This is bizarre because dwarf galaxies like this would normally have at least one civilization within them.

In 94000 CE, trillions of Vlanoans, from the Tloinin Galaxy, declared independence from DELYATU and formed their own civilization within the galaxy.

After the Tloinin War the Kal Federation was slowly absorbed by The Administrator , and to this day is a part of it's territory. The Vlanoans in the galaxy harbored a hatred for DELYATU, and decided that associating with The Administrator would be better for them.

Now, they get to hold elections, and even decide how to control their own resources. It is by far the most independent of the territories controlled by The Administrator . It is more accurately described as an associate state or protectorate of The Administrator rather than actual territory.
