Vurilia Jutopati

Vurilia Jutopati is a monument to the ancient power that was Sedrua, although, like that nation, age has begun setting in. He is a man of great Thaumic prowess and political power, Sydiah's first work of art. Jutopati's original purpose had been entirely ornamental, but he soon forced himself into a leadership position over his fellow ornaments. Since that formative point, Vurilia Jutopati had been a leader, his lust for power far stronger than any living thing's hunger or thirst, notably because Jutopati is not a living being, but a spirit. Currently, Jutopati is the True Shamaya of the Commonwealth of Aggregate Aylathiya, essentially its constitutionally bound ruler.

Jutopati has had as many titles as there have been titles. His first and only title not placing him at the zenith of some organization was simply Second Architect. His younger sister, the second of Sydiah's creations, Itrian Yutira ruled Sedrua. As Sydiah became increasingly caught up in her religious ideas and philosophical musings, her creations created Sedrua. They rocketed onto the galactic stage, spreading the name of Sydiah wherever they went. Vurilia Jutopati spent his days pacifying worlds and his nights reading Sydiah's works.

Following Sydiah's death, Vurilia became significantly more progressive than his peers. Repeated defeats to the hands of rival nations fueled his need of change, and so he took power. Vurilia became Sedrua's new leader, and his policies were very effective despite violating Sydiah's ideology. He even upheld an alternative faith, causing much discourse in Sedrua's government and populace. Slow cooking tensions grew for thousands of years, breaking as Sedrua's senate became the subject of a coup d'etat. For centuries, Vurilia faced exile, though he simply used this as a chance to be a traitor. He founded The Diunity the moment Sedrua exiled him.

Even as Sedrua collapsed and his now long time rival Thonde Yutira formed the rival Golomian Confederacy, Vurilia continued to work to rebuild Sedrua. He was close with the founding of the Core Worlds Alliance, even convincing Thonde to join. The Alliance fell into bloody civil war. Then, the Sovereign States of Aylathiya, representing Vurilia's beliefs in equality for the sake of strength, ate itself from within. The Commonwealth of Post-Sedruan States seemed promising, only for it to wage a hopeless War of the Ancients Vurilia had no choice but to fight in. This latest attempt will eventually fail, a fact Vurilia is surely aware of. No nation is eternal, as unlike his creator, Vurilia does not have the raw individual strength to bind nations together.
