Harrison Wells is the Chairman of the Scientific Assembly, specializing in Archangels and String Physics, particularly known for his groundbreaking work on Fractons, Boreons, the Library of Archangels, and their enigmatic language.
"This thing and whoever built it are not native to our universe. And I'm terrified of what's there." — Harrison Wells, Bridges Network
Appearance
Harrison Wells has dense black hair, framing an oval-shaped face with a smooth, youthful appearance. His dark, well-defined eyebrows enhance his expressions, while his neutral lips rarely show emotion. His strong, angular jawline adds to a structured, masculine appearance, and his physique is typical of an Earthian, in contrast to the leaner build of Martians or ExoSolarians.
He speaks with an Eastern European accent, reminiscent of his father’s.
Background
"He just appeared out of nowhere, in the green forests of Norway, like he fell from the stars. No records, no trace. The police couldn't find his parents, and he was left there, staring at the Polaris star. I couldn’t leave a child alone in the heat of the forest." — William Wells, speech recovered from a black box recording
Harrison Wells' origins are shrouded in mystery. Found as a child with no known family or history, he was raised in a small town within Norway's surviving green forests after Earth’s ecological collapse. Adopted by William Wells, a habitat hub engineer, Harrison grew up fascinated by the world around him. He spent his childhood exploring the remnants of Earth's wilderness, constantly experimenting and studying his surroundings.
Educated at the Provincial Educational Center, Wells excelled in physics and applied sciences. At 18, he enrolled at the James Webb Terran University, located on Lagrangian Gravity Well 2, where he forged a close bond with his professor, Edgar Roussel, who was impressed by Wells' ability to absorb complex information. It was during this time that he also met Victor Dastarian, his childhood friend from the Norwegian province.
Wells went on to earn his master's degree in information security and applied sciences. His groundbreaking research on higher-dimensional Fermion and Boson particles, particularly Fractons and Boreaons, earned him recognition within the Scientific Assembly, eventually leading to granting candidature for the prestigious Chairman position.
Chronology
During one of Wells' weekly meetings with Edgar Roussel aboard the James Webb** space station, a call came from Mikail Deutron. Deutron informed Roussel of an upcoming project related to the discovery of advanced technology from an ancient civilization found on the recently colonized planet Nova. This moment would mark the beginning of Wells' involvement in one of the most significant scientific expeditions in human history, connecting him to the mysteries of the Archangels and the hidden secrets of the universe.
Aboard the newly commissioned Astralis-Class Megaship, Harrison Wells, along with his close friends Victor Dastarian, Mikail Deutron, and newly-formed ally Vitas Vanir, embarked on a mission toward the planet Nova in the K2-18 system. Among the crew were undercover S.E.A. agents and personnel from the United LunaTerra and Martian Technate.
The ship, utilizing Anti-De-Sitter (AdS) warping technology, made a swift departure for Nova, a planet that had only recently been colonized but held significant mysteries, one of which would change the course of their mission. Upon landing, the team encountered an ancient facility resembling the Lotus structure, a remnant of the Archangelic civilization.
Inside the facility, they were confronted with a holographic terminal embedded into the wall, its surface illuminated by glowing, unfamiliar devices. Wells, with his extensive expertise in technologies, managed to access the terminal and began exploring its directories. As Wells worked, Vitas, Victor, and Mikail examined the mysterious devices plugged into the walls—soon identified as SuperSymmetric Reactors, capable of immense energy generation and signaling.
As they investigated, the external crew began detecting strange signals being transmitted from the Lotus structure's summit. Using a protocol resembling a digital "ping" command, they traced the signal to an distance—7,000 lightyears away—hinting at a far-reaching network of unknown destinations.
Upon returning to the Solar System, Victor and his fiancée Emilia made an unexpected announcement about their impending marriage. This event brought a sense of joy and celebration to the crew, allowing Wells a moment of respite. It also strengthened his bond with Vitas Vanir, who had quickly become a valued friend and trusted companion on their journey.

Months later, a political storm erupted in the local stellar neighborhood following the assassination of Governor Ross 128 by the Settled Exoplanets Alliance. Seizing the moment, the Martian Technate used the assassination as a pretext to launch an invasion of Barnard's Star, targeting the planet Vishapakar. Their true objective was to test their new weaponry and wrest control of the planet from the S.E.A.
Amidst this escalating conflict, the United LunaTerra responded by recruiting a special division, which included the crew of the CRS Graviton. The crew's participation was obligatory, a direct request from the Scientific Assembly to ensure that the war ended swiftly, preventing it from hindering the highly anticipated expedition toward "The Forgotten Planet".
The conflict, known as the 7 Days of Dragon's Fall, brought Wells and his crew into contact with Asim, an old friend of Ford, and his companions Ludwig and Jaanus. Ludwig, a prominent scientific figure within the Novrutara community, quickly became a key ally. Wells and Ludwig found common ground, bonding over their shared passion for science and discovery. Asim, recognizing Ludwig's potential and frustrated by the chaos of the S.E.A., urged him to abandon the alliance and join Wells on the forthcoming expedition.

Months later, Harrison Wells' candidacy within the Scientific Assembly was officially elevated to Full-Member status. With this promotion came new responsibilities and privileges, one of which included access to top-tier classified research and projects. As part of the ongoing preparations for the upcoming Forgotten Planet Expedition, the Assembly announced the completion of four Aralez-Class Megaships that would play a pivotal role in the mission.
While en route to his office after assembly meeting, Wells was approached by Mikail Deutron, who had an intriguing offer that had been waiting for Wells' full-member clearance. A secretive object, housed in a military base within the Egypt Province, was now accessible to Wells due to his elevated status.
Arriving at the facility, Wells was introduced to an hexagonal metallic cartouche, adorned with intricate engravings believed to be left by the Archangels themselves. The object held a message, though incomplete. As Wells carefully studied the cartouche, he noticed a subtle detail behind it—a missing piece that seemed to hold the key to the Archangels' language system. This revelation hinted at the unification of four distinct dialects into one comprehensive language, which allowed Wells to accurately translate the message inscribed on the front.
During his time at the facility, Wells was introduced to Aries, a colleague with a sharp intellect and shared interests. Upon their meeting, something stirred within Wells as their eyes met—an unspoken connection. The brief handshake, marked by the soft and delicate touch of her hands, only deepened the feeling. Though they were both there on separate tasks, Wells had already completed his, while Aries had been invited later by Edgar. The two quickly bonded over shared insights and exchanged words only they could understand.
With the task completed, Wells needed to visit an office as requested by Mikail. Aries decided to accompany him.
