As the founder and only head of the Cult of Silverstar, Moonmoon's beliefs and teachings have not drifted from the Cult's inception, making it one of the few major religions to not have changed since its birth. Originally writing his beliefs down in the first edition of the Librum Argentum in the ancient 1100s CE, he has been the sole translator for every new language since then. He has consistently valued transparency and accessibility and so has made enormous efforts over the millennia to keep his works consistent through time. The Cult's philosophy is based around the idea that chaos and change are constants throughout the universe and are synonymous with life. As such, they worship a chaos god, Silverstar, but do not deny most other religions and respect them. One of the core tenets of the Silverian Chaos is that anything that happens once happens again. This applies to gods as well. Moonmoon openly shares his interpretation of the universe with everyone at public speeches, occasionally broadcasting them to even the distant Aylothyn-Sagittaria Group. While his speech is incredibly fluent in whatever language he speaks, he is chronically informal at any event. His writings give a much different view of Moonmoon than seeing him in the flesh. When it comes to interactions with other religions, the same policy seems to be used every time. If the other religion is open to acknowledging Silverstar's existence, they have earned Moonmoon's respect and are worthy. Others that refuse to even consider the idea of Silverstar are met with rage and disrespect quite consistently. Strangely, the syncretism of Silverstar with Kokos, a Fuukanist entropy deity, was enough for Moonmoon to accept Fuukanism, despite Silverian "Chaos" and entropy being exact opposites. The horrors that may be unleashed when he realizes this are beyond imagination. His main writings are the Librum Argentum and the Liber Legum, which together are known as the Sentenciae. The Librum Argentum focuses on a history of sorts, compiling major myths and tales into a pseudo-chronological order. The themes and morals of the tales are rather prevalent throughout all of them. The actual writing, according to Moonmoon, is supposed to be a lot more poetic, but that element had to be lost in translation to preserve the meanings. The Liber Legum, conversely, is more of a guide on how to live a good life, with all of the hallmarks of a typical holy book: rituals and prayers for everyday life, some example tales, lists of sins, et cetera. Unlike its counterpart, the Liber Legum receives an update every 100 years from Moonmoon himself. In the past, these have mostly been minor clarifications and alterations, but every few millennia there seems to be a major addition. Unbeknownst to many, Moonmoon has composed thousands of songs. These started as hymns for the Cult, but over time, he has diversified into a truly enormous range of genres. He has always been an outspoken person who was often involved in riots, protests, and other forms of civil disobedience. When the formation of his own nation came, he seemed fairly accepting of social movements. He has been known to work with large political powers to bring attention to and help alleviate social issues. He is usually sympathetic towards the lower classes, which is most evident during wars. He has been known to take whatever role is necessary to protect his people, and will not hesitate to use whatever means possible. |

This is particularly supported by his minor conquests during the Split of the YoC, which were turned over to the then new CoB as a part of a trade offer.
