By 100,000 AD - it was under control by several type II civilisations. The main parts of the galaxy are physically divided into four sections which are also further divided into different sections and so on; the main parts being: the Galactic Core, the Inner Edge, and the Outer Edge. Most of the galaxy is empty and many planets only have non-permanent residents. |
