The planet Tloinin is a major world within the Tloinin Galaxy. At one time, this planet and its people occupied the entirety of its galaxy, hence the two bodies sharing a name. The planet is the third world in the Seppun System and the largest world therein. With a population of over 30 trillion, it is the most populated world under the control of The Supreme, an artificial intelligence ruling much of the Tloinin Galaxy.

Tloinin was first contacted in 87,600 BCE by the Triumvirate Civilization who established a base on the world to monitor its native inhabitants, the Re'Tlel. After several millennia of observation, the Re'Tlel advanced enough to become full members of the Triumvirate. In 85,009 BCE, the Re'Tlel were organized into the "Tloinin Province," a galaxy-spanning province centered on the planet of Tloinin. In 15,089 CE, Tloinin would go on to become the capital of The Array, a state within the newly formed Triumvirate Republic. The Re'Tlel each had an implant that borrowed some of their brain power for computational purposes. The name of this distributed computer was "The Array." It ruled the country according to the wills of each Re'Tlel, a perfect direct democracy. During the War of the Final Transition, a civil war encompassing all of the Triumvirate, the Array sided with the federal government, causing Tloinin to be shelled and occupied by the enemies of the federal government. Until 1,009 CE, Tloinin was occupied by the Lowuks Entente only to gain independence upon the collapse of the Entente.

After gaining independence, the planet and its surrounding worlds started an initiative to remain independent for all time. Their plan was to create a weapon that could defend the Re'Tlel from foreign conquest. In 2,540 CE, The Array asked for permission to develop such a weapon unprompted. This was a shock to the Re'Tlel who assumed that it was incapable of acting on its own accord. Even so, they gave The Array permission to develop the weapon, leading to the creation of The Supreme, which immediately absorbed The Array. From then, Tloinin has remained untouched and pristine. Outside nations are unable to so much as image the world.

Physical & System

Tloinin became the epicenter of The Supreme, the core world at which all of its calculations are performed. Tloinin has been mostly hollowed out to make room for the vast computer arrays needed to compute and average the desires of every Re'Tlel, both conscious and otherwise.

The Star of Tloinin, Seppun, has been entirely englobed by not a Dyson Swarm but a sphere of epic proportions. While not unique to Seppun, solid spheres of solar collectors are a rarity. While entirely black, the infrared signatures of the englobed Seppun give clear indication of a Dyson Sphere. The Dyson Sphere is likely an early construction of a Matrioshka Brain that is still in the process of construction. These objects often take longer than the ages of most nations to complete, hence their rarity.

The other planets in the system have been almost entirely mined out, leaving only Tloinin orbiting Seppun. Nearby stars have been mostly harvested for resources to build the sphere, causing Seppun to be totally isolated from other stars for over twenty light years in any direction. Out of the remaining nearest stars to Seppun, one dozen stars are over half depleted and a further thirteen are almost fully depleted.
