Florenta (Ravin: Uruaimoz), also called Molongard, or Raviyo was the period of the Ibaradist state from 15,089 BCE to 13,684 CE. It was founded by the Ibaradist prophet-king Molonov after the end of the Triumvirate Civilization's control over the Florescence region. United under their shared religion of Ibaradism, The Ravis and Llæns formed the nation as a theocratic monarchy sovereign over the entirety of the region. |

Florenta was a large theocracy located throughout Aylathiya. Under the direct rule of the founder of Ibaradism, Titania, the nation was a major player on Eos after the fall of the Triumvirate Civilization of which Ibaradism was the official state religion. Florenta retained a great amount of influence until the death of Titania and the subsequent Great Empyreal Crusade which ultimately resulted in the conquest of the nation by Erstes Konsortium. |
|||
The nation was the first Ibaradist state and acted as the basis for every following one. Its influence still exists to this day as large parts of Via Aylathiya once under its control still retain a high Ibaradist population. To this day, Ibaradism remains by far the most widely practiced religion in Via Aylathiya thanks, in large part, to the early expansion of Florenta. |
|||
The state had its origins in the early Triumvirate Civilization as the vast governmental apparatus of the nation became increasingly decentralized. Titania, at the time one of the three rulers of the Triumvirate, set aside vast amounts of funding for the state church. With the great income, it created its own military, police force, and taxation centered on the city of Karaos, Eos. The collapse of the central government caused The Three to go their separate ways, dividing it into a large number of smaller sovereign states. With a choke hold on the largest religion on Eos, Titania retained a great deal of influence. |

Upon formation, Florenta was a state in the federalized Triumvirate Civilization. Before then, it was two provinces, one of the Ravis and one of the Llæns. Once created, the Triumvirate federal government supplied Florenta with large amounts of infrastructure. Its population rapidly expanded as limits put in place by the imperial Triumvirate fell away. |
|||
Atlins from Florenta owned vast swathes of land and the emissaries to various nations were treated as kings in their own right. At the height of Florenta's influence, it controlled, directly or indirectly, over a third of Eos and was well on its way to full reunification. It divided its territories into Consortia, or groups of interests meant to govern areas. At first its wealthiest Consortium, Erstes Konsortium became its largest competitor. The rise of the Rubedist religion nullified Florenta's influence in Erstes Konsortium by 8441 CE as they conquered the mega-city of Lowa. The supreme leader of Gran Rubedo, Hal Drusus II personally killed Titania in 8528 CE. The government reorganized into Empyros shortly thereafter, a far more militant state that began the Great Empyreal Crusade. |
|||
Given that most of the galaxy's resources were readily available, large numbers of factories made using these resources easy, and the lack of competition in the galaxy allowed Florenta to rapidly expand its production capabilities. By about 7,000 BCE, Florenta became a Great Power, a nation capable of influence on the scale of a large galaxy, in this case Via Aylathiya that Florescence orbited. Soon, its economic and political influence stretched throughout the entire Triumvirate. |
|||
| ⚫ | |||
As it increased in strength, tensions with the Yohjan Confederacy, a Triumvirate state within Via Aylathiya, grew. The largest point of conflict, control over the black hole Nocturne, eventually united Florenta and the Lowuks Entente against the Confederacy. Florenta and Entente created an alliance, known as the Local Axis in 6,710 BCE to counter the Yohjan Confederacy, by far the largest state in the Triumvirate. |
|||
===Origin=== |
|||
The War of the Final Transition marked the end of the Triumvirate Civilization. It was unimaginable, both rebels and the central government shocked that anything changed. The multi-millennium status quo seemed unbreakable, as though the Triumvirate was the stars it occupied themselves. The stars remained though, as did most of the planets. In the end, all that remained were whatever could be saved from the all-consuming flames of The Administrator's retribution. At first, Titania was fully in support of putting their mortal subjects into place. In due time, however, it seemed that The Administrator was interested in full executive control, to the chagrin of its co-rulers, Titania and Ma'eau. |
|||
Titania often looked back on those days with a sort of nostalgia. Her pet organizations, billions of loyal followers, and champions were like pieces on a game board. At any time, she could upend the entire religious order of the Triumvirate, and often did as new revelations about the nature of Ibarados came to her. She was a true believer and was given the greatest pulpit in the universe to preach from, Cosmoria's largest military. |
|||
While tension died down for about two millennia, Florentan and Lowuk expansion into Via Aylathiya from their respective satellite galaxies caused it to resurge. When the Yohjan Confederacy invaded Un'oit-controlled space in 1,300 BCE, the threat of war became evident. Both Florenta and Entente began to mobilize their armies to secure valuable worlds and borders. Yohjan craft fired upon Florentan ships near Nocturne in 1,285 BCE, starting a war that would later be known as the War of the Final Transition. |
|||
With support from nearly every institution in the faltering Triumvirate, Titania ended up with the lion's share of the fallen civilization. Within centuries, however, most territory amongst the stars fell away. Kings and rulers pledged loyalty, but were ultimately independent societies. On Eos, the expansive capital of the Triumvirate, Titania's reign was nearly absolute. The remains of the military forces served well to cement her rule. In 8058 CE, Florenta formed as the name of the military force, central church, and other assets controlled by Titania. Officially, she owned everything in the domain, only allowing use but never granting ownership. |
|||
The war ended in 210 CE as the last remnants of the Triumvirate federal government fell. It had stepped in to stop both sides from fighting. The resulting Split of the Yohjan Confederacy caused a large number of small kingdoms to emerge out of the Confederacy. Florenta occupied a large amount of territory once controlled by the Yohjans. Florenta managed to remain stable as the Triumvirate collapsed. This is due to the ascension of Molonov, one of the Three leaders of the Triumvirate, to the throne of the then newly-established nation. |
|||
The other two leaders of the Triumvirate themselves possessed a great deal of support. Ma'eau controlled vast numbers of Paladins who served it to great effect. The Administrator retained territory in central Eos as well as several other star systems. The large central bureaucracy and police force remained loyal, doing well to approximate a military force and maintaining its influence. |
|||
As the Lowuks Entente destabilized and eventually collapsed in 1,009 CE, the Proto-Empyrean remained as one of the few stable governments within Via Aylathiyan Space. Numerous times it attempted to conquer the remaining territory once belonging to the Yohjans, all of which failed due to the massive expenses guerilla fighters caused. By 12,000 CE, however, it stopped attempting to integrate this territory and instead entered into diplomatic relations with former Yohjan nations such as the Erstes Konsortium and the State of Tenshi. |

Beyond the former Triumvirate, Sedrua remained a minor power occupying only a small number of systems. Much like the Triumvirate, it had collapsed into a large number of warring states. Quite the distant region, Sedrua had little sway over the affairs of Florenta. However, Titania routinely spent a great amount of time and resources on the spread of Ibaradism in and around the nation. Titania was a creation of Sydiah, founder of Sedrua. One of Sydiah's Architects, Titania's religion was based on Aeternalism. |

Florenta collapsed in 13,684 CE after the Neo-Terrans, a Human political extremist group, assassinated Molonov. In a planet-encompassing battles between Molonov and Hal Drusus II, leader of the Neo-Terrans, these two powerful thaumaturgists released enough energy to rival a large asteroid strike. The planet became uninhabitable throughout the course of the battle as its surface heat up by over ten degrees Celsius. |

Upon the death of Molonov, chaos gripped Florentan. As leader throughout the entirety of the nation's history, there was no plan for succession. Numerous factions split off, most controlling a tract of territory, with some existing as a fleet of ships alone. In 14,007, Florentan united under the faction ruled by Vyodin Braez. The same year, it renamed itself to Empyros as a fascist theocracy far more authoritarian than Molonov ever was. |

History
Origin
Establishment of the Consortia
Not even the Triumvirate, with its much larger military as well as institutional legitimacy, could tame Eos. Titania leveraged her experience ruling the Triumvirate by adopting its original decentralized government. Local officials were largely independent and, so long as they paid their tributes, could rule as they see fit. Titania, however, was far more cautious than she was when running the Triumvirate. Local rulers, called "governors," were appointed and regularly rotated between various posts. Failing to leave one's dominion after ten years resulted in immediate execution by forces from the large central military. All governors were Atlins as were most of the officials in the military.
The legacy of the Triumvirate, however, held steadfast. Merely appointing a governor meant little to the existing power structures. Governors only had as much power as they could wrestle from local tribes, warlords, and even mostly sovereign states. These rulers had, essentially, only the support of the militia given to them by Titania. Using this comparatively small number of troops, governors were meant to extract as much as possible. Amongst the people, they were regarded as pirates. Whispers of rebellion were nearly impossible to squash. Overzealous governors were often less productive than most owing to the increased resistance they faced.
In 81,023 CE, the various independent states that had formed were upgraded in status to "Consortia" and made official parts of the government. Still required to pay tribute, they had the legitimacy and respect to effectively govern. The governors had their power stripped from them and the existing sovereign states were supplied with ample military and financial support.
Florenta had contained within it a great number of these Consortia usually corresponding to major cities, the only parts of Eos that held any value to occupy:
- Erstes Konsortium (Only Consortium not located on Eos)
- Consortium of Uspayador (Paradigm, Eos)
