Tech-mogul and millionaire genius Cipher Ambrose is the CEO of Jormungandr Engineering.

History

Early Life

Born in Boston, Massachusetts to a wealthy family, Cipher quickly became fascinated with technology, especially computers and the fantastical inventions he saw on the Science-Fiction movies his father used to watch.

Internship with GenenTech

Due to his outstanding intellectual abilities, Cipher was selected out of 10,000 applicants to work as an intern alongside John Beery, who himself was working alongside Thaddeus Greene and his Greene Foundation. Cipher worked as a technician on Thaddeus's time machine, allowing Thaddeus and his team to go to various eras in Earth's past to bring back creatures who had gone extinct to conserve them.

But unbeknownst to the Greene Foundation, Cipher and John, were abducting creatures the field team had rescued and placing them in a secret GenenTech facility, Isla Estafa. Telling Thaddeus the creatures had simply failed to adapt to the modern environment.

Though, while John was more interested in profiting off the prehistoric animals, Cipher saw far more potential in the time travel technology, secretly berating the men in charge for using it to bring back a bunch of animals. Cipher imagined the world's elite paying him top dollar to get rid of past mistakes, capitalize on successful ideas before a competitor had even dreamed it up or simply visiting a happier time.

So in the middle of stealing the large animals from beneath Thaddeus's nose Cipher worked to carefully map out every aspect of the time machine

Encounters with Aidan Briggs

Following the several instances of animals 'failing to adapt' Thaddeus set up an experimental preserve on Four Salmon Island, so the animals would have more space to adapt to the modern climate. This isolation also gave GenenTech a place
