Wendy Herts

Wendy Herts, known better as Accipiter, a military experiment gone wrong, Wendy was grievously injured while fighting on the front lines in the Middle East. With over 50 percent of her body unrecoverable or unrepairable, she was augmented with machines, a winged jet-pack attached to her spine, her broken legs replaced with powerful mechanical talons, and a sensory enhancement visor implanted directly into her brain. The military hoped this experiment would revolutionize warfare, but the damage that was already done had warped Wendy’s mind, turning her from a kind, determined woman into a violent, aggressive sociopath. Herts died in the war and Accipiter was born.
