Celeas is a nation in Lowiras. The inhabitants of Celeas are primarily Malpha with a minority of Griyosht. The most populated planet is Karan, homeworld of Malpha and satellite of Doret. It is a totalitarian state, with many cultural norms manipulated by the state in order to bolster itself.

Celeas is ruled by a totalitarian state. The state is ruled by a titular monarch known as the Khren. The Khren has no real power but serves as a face to the state.
The state is simply known as Rhet, "The State." The state has the legal authority to do anything it desires, as well as the enforcement to do so in practice. A strict chain of command governs the police, and police are given the highest rights of anyone other than political leaders.
