Amaranth (Haven)

"Amaranth" is the term used to describe the most inherent and objective facet of reality within the whole of existence, and everything contained therein and to that of which it implies, as Amaranth is the fundamental substance and metaphysical essence that defines the nature existence within Imagindarium's Creation. Additionally, Amaranth serves as the connective force that binds all aspects of existence—physical, conceptual, and metaphysical—within the framework of the Line to the End.

Amaranth originated from the Amaranth Conception, the first moment of creation where Imagindarium’s will manifested into substance. From this act, Amaranth became the driving force behind existence and the mechanism through which the universe moves toward its predestined conclusion—the Ultimate End.

While infinitely present throughout all of Creation, Amaranth reveals itself most prominently within the Trilateral Realm of Ambrosia, which itself is often referred to by its secondary title of the "Amaranth Realm," in reflection of this heightened presence.

Amaranth's Nature

All things within Creation share this inherent Amaranth truth, as the universe's structure is composed of Amaranth-laden energies. When something is described as "Amaranth," it refers to a force, concept, or entity directly spawned from Imagindarium itself—beyond the natural Linneric laws it established. Anything described as Amaranth must have originated from no intermediary cause, but as a direct action or consequence of Imagindarium, from its seat in the A'th beyond all of the cosmos.

Amaranth manifests visually as a reddish-pink hue, and thus, Ambrosia's cosmic spiral borders—saturated with Amaranth energies—reflect this color. Many of the most vital forces, entities, and metaphysical constructs within creation share in this chromatic signature and are often titled with the name Amaranth to reflect their origin.

Among the first forces to emerge from Amaranth are the Fragments of Creation, which once formed the basis of all magical concepts throughout the cosmos. As primordial forces like gravity began to manifest in Ambrosia, the infinite Amaranth energies collided and merged, forming vast expressions of limitless potential. These surged into Ambrosia from the realm of Amaranthia, beyond the Veil that links it to the manifest world, appearing as a boundless jet of mythical force.

Amaranth's Function

As the first concept brought into being by Imagindarium, Amaranth holds the highest function in the architecture of existence. From the Amaranth Conception, the Line to the Ultimate End was forged—marking the course along which all of creation would flow. In this sense, the function of Amaranth is identical to that of the Ultimate End: to act as the binding mechanism by which all of Imagindarium's Creation remains interconnected in an expansive, predetermined web of inherent destiny.

In addition to serving as the binding force of Imagindarium's Creation, the concentration of Amaranth within a concept, force, or entity serves as the metric of its objective significance in relation to the fulfillment of the Ultimate End. The more Amaranth that composes an entity’s spatial or conceptual makeup, the greater its importance within Imagindarium’s grand design.

Entities of critical narrative and metaphysical relevance are often saturated in Amaranth to such a degree that they manifest its color or bear its name. Conversely, beings or objects of lesser relevance to the culmination of the End contain significantly less apparent Amaranth within them, even though they still hold it inherently.

Amaranth’s function extends beyond the act of unification and the measurement of objective importance. As a concentrated form of infinite and objective energy, Amaranth is capable of embedding itself within the very fabric of both existence and non-existence. Its remnant presence, and all that it has helped shape, remains eternally bound within the essence of the cosmos. And from this imbedding, the Source of Remnant is born, the form in which Amaranth takes to uphold entities of immense importance to line as a permanent law or principle upon the face of Creation.

Amaranth's Objectivity

Amaranth stands as the ultimate embodiment of total objectivity within Imagindarium's Creation. As the unifying force behind all existence, Amaranth is inherent in everything that Imagindarium has ever brought into being, rendering it objectivity made manifest. Everything is as it is—under every possible metric—because Imagindarium has embedded its objective truth within the narrative structure of Creation. Amaranth’s presence throughout all facets of the cosmos reinforces this truth, carrying with it the inescapable theme of universal purpose tied to the Ultimate End.

There is no room for interpretation or deviation from the laws established by Amaranth, as it is the total and direct representation of Imagindarium's essence. Its nature is fixed and incorruptible, persisting unchanged throughout the entirety of time.

While Amaranth itself cannot be altered, the way it interacts with other forces, entities, or concepts is shaped by how those entities respond to its objective power. It remains exactly as it was from the moment of the Amaranth Conception, yet it reflects and manifests in accordance with the frameworks of the concepts it gives rise to. Thus, any "new" form Amaranth appears to take is merely the objective reaction it has always had—shaped to fit the structure of the being or idea spawned from it.

Amaranth is also the progenitor of the concepts of Light and Darkness, existing in a state of infinite Penumbra. It is found equally in both great acts of evil and immaculate acts of good. As such, it serves as the source from which moral polarity is made measurable, though Amaranth itself remains indifferent. Good and evil, light and shadow—both are inherent to the cosmos and infused with Amaranth in equal measure. This dual presence is what allows Amaranth to remain the pure, unshifting foundation for the conflict and transformation that defines Imagindarium's Creation.
