Template:!Nation InfoboxThe Second People's Republic of F'omol the most powerful nation is the Tarmalyula Galaxy, based of the world of F'omol, a ecumenopolis. It's predesesors, the First People's Republic of F'omol, was founded in the year 932,028 BCE. It fell, and the Second People's Republic of F'omol arose from its ashes in the year 39, 834 BCE, with the dark ages lasting thirty thousand years.
History
When the First People's Republic of F'omol arose on F'omol, there were no other civilizations in the galaxy. They quickly grew to encompass it, leeching its recourses to fuel its power and prosperity. They encountered the Namegi Coalition in the Namegi Galaxy, and the fledgling Kingdom of Rolam in the Lance Galaxy, and divided the aforementioned galaxy between them. This was the golden age of the FPRF. Then life started up again in the Tarmalula Galaxy, and the FPRF suddenly had contenders. The Naxiilos Republic arose on Naxiilos, around the same time as the Commonwealth of Golr're arose on Golr're. The FPRF shrank, and declined. Its recourses could no longer sustain its huge population, and the Republic collapsed.
Skip forward two thousand years, and struggling Xyol are trying to make a living in the ruined skyscrapers and cities of F'omol. One archaeological expedition found a prototype FTL drive, and the Second Star Rush was started. The newly named and founded F'omol Confederacy expanded out, and found similar barely-surviving colonies of Xyol on surrounding habitable worlds. Some worlds held prosperous civilizations that had already developed FTL, and were expanding as well. others only had ruins of civilization, and world were the Xyol could not survive. Over two hundred different Xyol nations were located in the general are of the old FPRF, fighting for space.
Eventually, the F'omol Confederacy, as the nation was called at the time, held a summit with all the Xyol leaders on F'omol's moon, Macaredi.
"Our civilization was once something more than this. We were a beautiful, prosperous, utopian society covering a whole galaxy. And now look at us. Squabbling over spare planets. We can do better than this. I propose the re-establishment of the People's Republic of F'omol, the nation our ancestors built out of nothing. We can be that again."
123 out of the 200 nations attending signed, and the Second People's Republic of F'omol was born. The new nation was 123 times bigger than its competitors, and so easily conquered and coerced the others into joining. the SPRF was back in business.
Culture
The SPRF is probably one of the most cultured nations in the universe. Music, Sports, Games, you name it, they have it in quantities that would astound you. This is the result of leftover cultural influences from the hedonistic values of the ancient FPRF.
