Organized in the wake of the War for Peleunsk, the Commonwealth aims to bring economic and military cooperation to its region. In the modern day, it takes the responsibility of regulating trade and the extraction of resources across the territories of its member states, in addition to issuing a universal currency, Carosi. |

}}The Commonwealth of Aggregate Aylathiya is a federal monarchy occupying all of Aggregate Aylathiya. The Suvaren Federative Republic is the center of the Commonwealth, its core territory around Vossen and its various territories comprise nearly half of the population. The other states within the Commonwealth, ranging in size from single worlds to entire star systems, are as diverse as the dozen species residing in the Commonwealth. States have the right to self-governance, but the provinces answer to Suvaren. The Commonwealth occupies all of Aggregate Aylathiya, boarding Martial Space to galactic west and Zalanthium to galactic south. |
The youngest major power in Aylathiya, the Commonwealth is the latest iteration of the Commonwealth Project, a sacrosanct ideal found within Novel Aeternalism. Several Commonwealths have existed in the past, dating all the way back to Sedrua some five thousand years ago. |
The Commonwealth holds a government similar to that of a confederacy, which means that it holds numerous member nations that work and unite under one or more common goals. There are multiple branches and specializations of the Commonwealth Government and varying interstellar councils. The Commonwealth ranks highly on scales measuring international economy and technological progression. There are also high amounts of political freedom, as well as individual freedom and expression in the Commonwealth's borders. |
The Commonwealth of Aggregate Aylathiya began its life as a political party called the Aeternal Common Party. It slowly gained power as nobles, corporations, and republics throughout Aggregate Aylathiya put their weight behind the party. After only a century, they had over a third of economy of the Greater Martial Consilium. Its centralization only continued until Vurilia Jutopati, the party's founder and eternal leader, sat next to the Imperator on their left side. After the devastating Aylathiya's Ignominy, Jutopati took the chance to broker an independence deal. After a century of de facto independence, the Commonwealth emerged, uniting territory both within and without the Consilium. |
With this vast connection of member nations, the Commonwealth has constituted a large arrangement of travel, security, military, alongside citizen care throughout the entire area. This has allowed for opulence in trading, quality of life, defense, technology, and overall habitability inside the Commonwealth. This has also permitted a large percentage of the Commonwealth to be under direct control by its large and powerful government. |
==Government and Politics== |
The Commonwealth is widely known throughout the Local Universe, primarily for its size and impact. This mostly consists of power, influence, and its staple economic capabilities. These outstanding and notable attributes cement the Commonwealth as an international entity with heavy influence in many affairs. |
The Commonwealth of Aggregate Aylathiya is a Federacy made up of five states, four provinces, and a capital state. The federal government derives its power from the senate, which controls the budget, military, and taxation. The head of both state and government, the True Shamaya is Vurilia Jutopati who is officially a part of the founding document, the widely venerated Aylathiya's Treaty. Accompanying Jutopati is a president, Laj Praxis, who is appointed by a popular vote of senators and state leaders. The president exercises most executive authority, while Jutopati maintains the right to appoint government officials, promote generals, and acts as the chief diplomat. |

The Commonwealth is an international confederacy, with its system being that of a multiparty social democracy. The Commonwealth holds nine subdivided republics and several distinct enclaves, all of which are influenced by a central set of representatives and senators. The Commonwealth Government also contains multiple jurisdictions, which are represented by both biological and automated justices. Under law by the government, citizens, biological and cybernetic in nature, are to be protected and represented equally. |

The Government of the Commonwealth oversees many workings of day-to-day life in the nation, and is able to hold influence on massive intranational and international affairs. The management of national budget, influence to the Primary Shayama, and the direct ability to declare war are some of the government's most notable abilities. |

All government officials of the Commonwealth are highly trained in their fields of humanitarianism, economics, knowledge on the history and structure of the Commonwealth among others. All government officials are also expected to routinely verified, and usually include implants alongside other systems of authentication. Qualifications for being a high member of the government are also complex, and usually take many years of experience in lower fields. |

===Primary Shayama=== |
The Primary Shayama of the Commonwealth serves as the most influential leader of the nation, being able to hold a heavy level of political abilities. Throughout history, the Primary Shayama of the Commonwealth has served long, multi-century terms which are decided by citizens and by the legislature. The Primary Shayama is supported by two Secondary Shayamans, which serve under the same political party as the First Shayama. These are then supported by national leaders of Commonwealth member nations, and their cabinet. The Primary Shayama of the Commonwealth also holds a cabinet of senators and other government officials, which are typically selected by the people. In total, the Primary Shayama, their selected Secondary Shayamans, national leaders, and both cabinets make up the Commonwealth Executive Branch. |
Considering the length of terms in office, combined with the usual high satisfaction of leaders, many First Shayamans of the Commonwealt have served for the rest of their lives. Many of them carry out multiple terms, able to gradually change the landscape of the Commonwealth Government. In the event of a sudden death or injury to the Primary Shayama, a Secondary Shayama is randomly selected to fill the role of the Primary Shayama. If all three top Shayamans are killed or incapacitated, a national leader of a Commonwealth member nation or a high-standing member of the Primary Shayama's cabinet is selected. |

The Commonwealth Parliament is a selection of highly experienced representatives and high standing individuals in the Commonwealth Government. In the seats of the Commonwealth Parliament, there exist the Primary Shayama, all CUEN Member Nation leaders, CEOs of prominent corporations, military executives, and superintelligences among others. |
===End of the First Commonwealth=== |

Naturally, Sedrua did attempt to silence opposition. Humiliating defeat after defeat made its few remaining oligarchs grew worried. In response, commonfolk began to rally behind the ideas of independence and self-governance. Vurilia Jutopati took power then; the immortal was confident he could rule the nation. Infrastructure was modernized, local corruption was curbed, and travel was streamlined. In a sense, Vurilia became the most powerful man in Aylathiya, single-handedly sculpting the lives of countless people. When Vurilia began disempowering his fellow oligarchs, known as Sydiah's Architects, the resulting coup forced him to flee. |
<br> |
==== Majority Parties ==== |
External powers took advantage of the instability. Backed by a Quintet Payotari Association, countless rebels, including Jutopati, began tearing the nation apart. However, not a single nation thought of this as the end of Sedrua. Despite the local rule, all nations saw themselves as a part of this empire. Each leader vowed to restore The Commonwealth as soon as possible, and so, Aggregate Aylathiya began its long modern era. |

Various nations split off from Sedrua, but only a handful of Sydiah's Architects remained. In the past, the various territories of Sedrua were held together by the threat of unmatachable violence. Any revolution would be met by the wrath of the universe's greatest magi. With most of them becoming corpses on far flung planets and Sydiah unable to produce more, the region became quite unstable. Foreign powers took the chance to take entire stars for themselves. The people of Aggregate Aylathiya needed to learn how to properly govern themselves, especially with foreign powers breathing down their necks. |

|content = The Federal Industry Party is currently the most major political party in the Commonwealth. With relations between the Commonwealth and the Quintet Payotari Association on the rise, industry and trade have been skyrocketing among all else. As such, the need for industry and economic presence has grown sharply in the last few hundred years. The philosophies of the Federal Industry Party have also change to accommodate this, as it has since gained an affinity for trading and economic influence. |
<br> |
Historically, the Federal Industry Party has fallen in and out of national use, typically surfacing in times of economic booms or in the fields of heavy trade opportunity. In the modern-day, the Federal Industry Party has been the most influential it has ever been, since the Quintet Payotari Association has been a very viable trading partner for the Commonwealth. |
Sedrua was at its most dissonant in 6100 CE. While most of the major players had already formed, much of Sedrua had become ever-finer states until single planets held dozens if not hundreds of warring fiefs. One thousand years later and only two people were alive who saw Sedrua, Vurilia Jutopati and Thonde Yutira. The former headed the Diunity and the latter the Golomian Confederacy. The vision of the Commonwealth would have long fallen out of the public consciousness, but these two managed to keep it relevant in circles of power. Whether it was in academic circles, religious conferences, military strategy, or propaganda, these two were both adamant that "The Commonwealth" would emerge under their respective rules. |

For three thousand years, the two immortals exchanged geopolitical blows, both waiting for the other to hurry up and die like all the other architects had. Even The Three had all died or went into hiding, the QPA was long replaced, and the last remnants of Sydiah's legacy had long faded. While much of this change was organic, one entity caused much of the change—Mars. This great and ancient spirit, channeled by the Imperator of Gran Rubedo, hated beings like Jutopati and Yutira who came to be known as Overlords. Gran Rubedo, a Human church-turned-state, easily bested Sedrua's old enemies. Both leaders knew that they could not face Mars or Mars' worshipers. Shielded with nothing but distance, the other players in Aylathiya sensed the danger as well. Both leaders had their respective nations join the Core Worlds Alliance to protect themselves from Mars; they decided that molding the Alliance into their Commonwealth would do. The so-called spirit-worshiping barbarians had grown too powerful for infighting to keep Aylathiya disunited. |

Usually, the Federal Commune Party is the most dominant political party in the international parliament. However, after a heavy level of trade with the Quintet Payotari Association, the Federal Commune Party has been held in less favor in comparison to the Federal Industry Party. Even so, it remains as one of the most powerful political parties. |
<br> |
Historically, the Federal Commune Party has always been the most popular political party in the Commonwealth, with its original ideologies existing in some form since the dawn of the nation. Its ideals have influenced all major political parties as well, indirectly guiding them to focus on the people. It has most notably prevailed during times of good success, as well as times of reform. |
===The Core Worlds Alliance=== |
}}<br /> |
It was the closest attempt yet at a proper take on the Commonwealth. Even for immortal beings with the mythological strength, closely controlling the actions of vast interest groups, kings, political parties, companies, and religious movements was difficult. Taken aback by how easily their Commonwealth project suddenly arose, the two architects worked tirelessly to maintain the Alliance. At its height, the alliance had over a dozen stars represented within it, including ones never under Sedrua's control. |
|} |
<br> |
At first it was simply a military alliance, then an economic zone, then free travel was permitted, and then the lines between its nations blurred. Surviving the Great Empyreal Crusade, Un'oit Ascension, War of the Last Alliance, and rise of Kalliolel, the alliance seemed it would last. Then, the worst diplomatic incident in history happened. Tensions were manageable, however, the interests keeping the alliance together slowly diverged. Desperate for more territory to pay its top officials with, Sagittarium invaded the Sakase system, home of Lowyzol. Lowyzol, while not part of the Core Worlds Alliance, was a close partner and demanded the entire inner system for itself. |
==== Minority Parties ==== |
Tensions liked this pitted the nations against one another, and Yutira made a critical error—forgetting that her nation was not a nation of computers. The ruling class of the Golomian Confederacy was scared of Sagittarian expansion. That and pressure from The Accompaniment further strained their faith in their leader. Yutira, desperate to keep the Alliance safe, refused to escalate tensions. Top ranking officials began working behind the scenes for their own gain. In 8912 CE, Sagittarium left the alliance and declared war, it could gain more territory through violence than through peace. The Commonwealth disappeared once more. |

The resulting chaos shattered the Core World Alliances and many of its members. The resulting catastrophe, combined with the unrelated War of the Last Alliance in Florathel, crippled galactic trade. |

In the unsteady peace before the Commonwealth's Eclipse, this was more relevant than ever, considering the brash and uncaring nature of megacorporations. However, this kind of ideology continues today, with the Federal Workers Party hoping to mitigate and abolish megacorporations. The Federal Workers Party also hopes to mitigate any remaining hardships with employment and working. |

Aeternalism holds that six people throughout history were holy emanations of nature, avatars of the most divine called Angels. Both Sydiah and Kalliolel attempted to resurrect them, ending in catastrophic failure. Once again the galactic landscape was fundamentally different. The Dominion of Astraeus very much dominated Aylathiya. Indomitable in both military and economic might, there was little to be done against it. The nations of Aggregate Aylathiya became vassals one after the other. The last nation to hold out was the planet of Zushilo, maintaining its pride as the ancient center of Sedrua. |

Over three billion lived on Zushilo, most of which being Bahattes. With Dominion ships constantly looming in the outer system, the planet spent most of its budget on its military. Yutira waited for the inevitable economic downturn that would come from being isolated from the Dominion's trade networks. When it came, Yutira entered politics. She supported a party that blamed the downturn not on corrupt officials or on economic isolation, but on the Zythyn and Viphian minorities. Most of the planet's high-ranking officials quickly adopted the story. Seeing this pattern countless times before, Yutira knew how to speed it up. She had Zythyn radicals armed and, despite the obvious financial connections, simply had the media tell hundreds of conflicting narratives to obfuscate the truth. |

|content = The Federal Reform Party is one of the most recent major parties in the Commonwealth, gaining a heavy level of traction shortly beforehe modern day. Usually, this political party is dead-set on reforming many policies which they see as old or archaic. They also hold a set of beliefs which are different than usual Commonwealth political parties. Typically, they contain thoughts on how the Commonwealth is ineffective in numerous fields, and believes that there should be more representation for other political parties. |

Formerly being one of the most popular political parties, the Federal Reform Party has fallen from its original heights. This is a direct result from the gradual reform that the nation has done. While all original problems seem to have vanished for the Federal Reform Party, individuals have constantly found national faults which they hope to repair. This has culminated in a usually stagnant yet fruitful existence as a major political party.<br> |

It took a decade for Zushilo's entire political apparatus to change. The paranoia brought about by the constant threat of terrorism on top of external threats demanded release. Yutira had finally gotten an edge on Jutopati, all she needed to do was push a little further. A mythology of national inheritance from Sedrua formed, primarily a grass roots mythos. It promoted worship of the angels, so when Yutira suggested the government resurrect them, the government had no choice but to comply. It would be expensive, but getting loans was never difficult with the Dominion so eager to trap its neighbors in debt. Yutira emptied her coffers she accumulated over thousands of years, in hundreds of currencies, and stockpiles of resources she only remembered when she sifted through archives. |

|content = The Federal Tranquility Party is one of the lesser major parties in the Commonwealth, and it has dramatically lost its national popularity. Considering the many known benefits of internationalism, the Federal Tranquility Party has lost much of its power. However, this is not to say that it has held no influence. The Federal Tranquility Party still holds a grip over many national affairs, such as military spending and use. For a calm environment, the Federal Tranquility Party usually hinders anything which may cause national issues, such as megacorporations. Zushilo's new government, Aurothiya, solidified around a figure named Octarch Eleleth. An exceptionally talented and ancient magus. While young and weak compared to Yutira, she set her pride aside and claimed Eleleth was the next angel. Being the eighth angel, hence the 'Octarch' title, Eleleth lead the reconstruction of the Eye of Aylathiya. This ancient megastructure, capable of resurrection, was so expensive to refurbish that doing so would be economic suicide in almost all situations. It was suicidal for Sedrua to build even all that time ago when resources were far more plentiful. Eleleth, just another tool in Yutira's endless rivalry with Jutopati, proved a dangerous one. Competent beyond Yutira's estimation, Eleleth hahd Jutopati's schemes on the other side of the universe foiled within the year. Jutopati had no choice but to flee to Zushilo, fearing execution warrants in many places and powerlessness everywhere else. |

Additionally, the Federal Technocratic Party holds a balance of corporatism and economic freedom in its ideology. The Federal Technocratic Party also aims to influence the well-being of Commonwealth citizens, providing bliss in the form of virtual reality. Law Enforcement= |

===Law Enforcement=== |

The Commonwealth employs a vast system of automated and physical forces, including a limited section of the Commonwealth Military to form what is known as the Commonwealth Police Force. Ever since its founding in the 30000s and subsequent reforms after the Commonwealth's Eclipse, the Commonwealth Police Force has grown to hold a heavy level of influence over civil affairs. As a result of its influence, the Commonwealth Police Force has been regulated to a high extent. Day-to-day activity usually revolves heavy surveillance, which is the first layer of the Commonwealth Police Force. |
Jutopati, reduced to a servant, lost because another person entered what was supposed to be a two-player game. Yutira hardly had time to gloat before the Eye of Aylathiya was repaired and all the angels resurrected. The angels were magi of unparalleled power, capable of ruling multiple star systems by themselves, and they were thrust into an unfamiliar environment with jumbled memories. Jutopati and Yutira rushed to Sydiah's side, seeing who could influence this most legendary angel. The others got a grand tour of the universe, filtered through Eleleth's state doctrine of course. Already, the Eye of Aylathiya was preparing to resurrect other powerful magi, such as Sydiah's Architects. |
In terms of its justice system, the Commonwealth Police Force is managed by a network of artificial intelligences, which can hone in to the exact specifics of all known legal situations. Apprehension is usually done humanely, and with the correct amount of force necessary. De-escalation is also typical for any civil disputes, as there is a ten-step protocol for typical de-escalation. Instances of violent crime may reduce or eliminate the need for de-escalation. |
===Commonwealth of Post-Sedruan States=== |
In the case of light or moderate disputes, the Commonwealth Police Force holds a system of therapy for suspects. Rehabilitation is one of the most important key points for the Commonwealth Police Force, as a large number of people are placed into constructive therapy each day. More so, crime has been reduced drastically since the founding of the Commonwealth Police Force, allowing them to allocate more government funds to therapy. Advances in biotechnology have made it possible to remove crime altogether by scanning and removing thoughts. However, this is usually seen an immoral by many provinces of the Commonwealth. |
Zaphenim's status as creator of humanity, which included the Bahattes, gradually took the spotlight from Sydiah. His raw power and deific status spawned entire religious movements such as Lux Father, Our Lord. Zaphenim used this influence to great effect, recruiting the various nations once part of Sedrua and beyond into a new nation. At the request of Yutira, it was to be named the Commonwealth of Post-Sedruan States. |
It took a great deal of courage for every state in the Commonwealth to simultaneously reject vassalage. At the behest of Eleleth, they began rapidly arming. The narrative of an ancient deity coming to save the people of Sedrua proved compelling. Trillions began to think of themselves as "Sedruan." |
Any manned member of the Police Force likely consists of androids, which work in a set of gestalt consciousnesses. varying from province to province, androids have been set at a uniformly high level all across the Commonwealth. However, biological personnel are not too uncommon, usually appearing as members of the police force, as well as in high-intensity disputes. Ever since the Commonwealth's Eclipse, manned occupation for risky jobs has declined, which places a higher presence of androids with each passing year. |
The last hurdle to independence, getting rid of the socialists. The Confederacy of Borealis is a peculiar entity in history, the wealthiest privately-owned entity in history and somehow controlled by six hundred billion voting members. The vast majority of socialist movements ended up some way or another a part of Borealis, hence its title as a "Confederacy." This equally applied to the worker coops and unions found throughout the Commonwealth. Eleleth had an elaborate plan meant for the Commonwealth to adopt similar aesthetics to encourage its large cooperative sector to abandon the international union. The plan was well underway when Zaphenim simply vaporized a protest with such force that the area remains radioactive to this day. |
Psychokinesis, while rare, has also made its spot for the higher sections of the Commonwealth Police Force. It is used exclusively in the most violent of civil disputes. Psychokinetic units of the Commonwealth Police Force are mostly sourced from the military, and are likely accompanied by a heavy level of backup. In these scenarios, psychics may use their powers to clear areas, and subdue suspects, with rare exceptions that allow for psychics to directly attack people. |
The Confederacy of Borealis immediately demanded the execution of Zaphenim as a "class enemy" which caused a significant rift in the group as many of its members held Zaphenim as a holy figure. Eleleth ran with it, using this call for execution as a wedge against "Universal Martialism," a phrase meant to denounce anything that originated in Martial Space as degenerate, which happened to include most of the socialists. Eleleth forbade Zaphenim from killing any more protestors, which, unbeknownst to Eleleth, permanently ruined their relationship. Strategic arrests and a purge of government officials and military officers with "Martial" beliefs commenced. They did not care that this also permanently alienated the Dominion of Astraeus, Mars' primary worshipers. |
Vehicles for the Commonwealth Police Force consist of ground and aerial receptacles, which usually hold many physical objects to aid in uncivil situations. Weapons, first aid, communications, and autonomous robots are usually stored in these, with larger models being able to contain personnel, or be used as an automated craft on its own. Models which are larger than those may be classified as spacecraft, which is used by the Commonwealth Police Force for any crimes off-world. They are also sparingly used on the surfaces of Commonwealth worlds. |

Neither Jutopati nor Yutira had much control over the situation anymore. However, their goal had been reached. Now, to get Sydiah to prevent the Commonwealth from tearing itself apart. Once again the two were on the same side. Zaphenim had Ohko venture to Martial Space since she was a major figure in Martial Civil Religion. Sydiah, slowly gaining enough confidence to make her own decisions, ordered Jutopati and Yutira to help her negotiate with similar nations. War was inevitable, she reasoned, so it was good to recruit as much support as possible. What other nations could justify a massive conflict on ideological grounds? Ones whose leaders are demonized in Martial Civil Religion. |

Citizenship= |
=== Citizenship === |
The Commonwealth employs a system of citizenship, which extends to all people living in it. There exist a number of classes of people in the Commonwealth, which are full citizen, half citizen, temporary citizen, non-citizen, and unidentified citizen. |
POLIKY of the Civese Great Cities was a great choice, Leviathan had been harassed by Mars itself before, the Nisrine Collective had faced devastation without reparation from Mars, DELYATU seemed to side with them without giving a reason, and Aztaya agreed for the chance to tear down its rivals. Sydiah tried to keep the peace for as long as possible, but war inevitably began in 9730 CE. |
Full citizens are typically regarded as long time residents of the Commonwealth, or are the children of other full citizens. They hold all rights and abilities that the Commonwealth may offer, and may sign up to any government mandated program, or any other relief programs. They are given necessities for free or low costs. |
The Confederacy of Borealis pressured Imperator Tange Gen to declare war, giving them the support of all ten duchies of the Dominion. Mobilizing the entire massive military took tremendous political capital. Motivating the content lords and ladies of the Dominion to spend trillions fighting a war over the Confederacy's grievances was difficult. Most sent a mere fraction of their soldiers, leaving the Confederacy to bear the brunt of the war effort. It would have been a quick conflict with the Confederacy buckling from taking on a coalition of six powerful nations. Then, Sachitel made a move. Of course she would make a move, she was used to acting without the need for permission. Despite Eleleth's best efforts to keep the angels in line, Sachitel wanted her home world of Eosphoros for herself. She gathered whoever was willing to listen to her and flew to this world, directly next to the Dominion homeworld of Eos. |
Half citizens are considered to be immigrants or refugees, which recently arrived in the Commonwealth and are pending citizenship. People from associate states to the Commonwealth are also considered to be half citizens. Essentially, the use of 'half citizen' applies to anyone which fails to meet all requirements to be a full Commonwealth citizen. Half citizens have all rights but only a few key abilities of full Commonwealth citizens. |
This got the Ursa Duchy to mobilize to protect its world. One by one the duchies began full mobilization, terrified of the threat that the angels posed. This spurred the Commonwealth's allies to action, bringing the war to a new bloody height. The horrifying scale, new Magi-based tactics, and planetary devastation, made both sides desperate. Sagittarium ended up involved as POLIKY's bioweapons made their way toward its worlds. Gen Tange ended up killed by POLIKY shortly thereafter. Leading to a series of short-lived monarchs until Jezebel Drusus took power. Zaphenim, rusty from millennia without combat, had to personally face the Imperatrix as she lead elite magi on rampages deep behind the front lines. This only earned her the respect her subjects as they became more willing to fight behind her. |
Temporary citizens are defined by a status of temporary living in the Commonwealth. Whether it is to be passing through, holding an extended stay, or for occupation. Temporary citizens are given all rights and most abilities of full citizens, and are typically treated like full citizens by the legal system. |
Imperatrix Jezebel was an important figure in the fight, both as a hero for the Dominion and the ultimate villain. Yutira had been captured and taken to the capital. There, she filmed her violent disassembly of Yutira, somehow making the execution of a machine more gory than anything than bled. She personally scattered the shards, made of precious metals, in poor areas, a disrespectful end as she ended up bought and sold. This only further radicalized both populations, but the gap in production capabilities slowly ground down the Commonwealth. The Commonwealth's allies broke away one by one, usually surrendering or falling to internal coups. |
Non-citizens in the Commonwealth are exceedingly rare, and only apply to people with no current birth record or identification. As such, these people are treated with caution, as they may be fugitives or law-breakers of some sort. Non citizens have full rights, yet no shared abilities with full Commonwealth citizens. |

National Credit System= |
=== National Credit System === |
The Commonwealth holds a basic social credit system, named the Commonwealth International Crediting System (CICS). It is designed to be loosely authoritative. It has been effective at the tracking of citizens and enforcement of law, as well as prevention of criminal activity. All types of citizens may be admitted to the Commonwealth International Crediting System, upon confirmation of identity and status. The score of a citizen goes from 0 to 1000, with all citizens being given a base score of 500. The score of citizens of the Commonwealth are determined by a selection of artificial superintelligences, designed to be used in the justice system. Every ten standard years, the policies which are used by these intelligences are reviewed by the Commonwealth Parliament. |
With the Commonwealth standing alone, Eleleth could not end the conflict. The pride of his nation was at stake. He had all the angels contribute as much as possible to the conflict as they were highly effective weapons. However, only Rinayo and Isayo complied. Ohko hadn't returned, Sachitel already brokered peace in exchange for Eosphoros, and Sydiah disappeared for months at a time on a diplomatic campaign with the various dukes. Eleleth stood alone, not a true deity like the angels he had summoned, but far too proud to admit it. Zaphenim calmly reminded Eleleth of this fact one day during an international broadcast in which Eleleth attempted to get the angels to act. Zaphenim crushed Eleleth's head on the stage and declared, "This man gave me one too many orders." The terrifying power to single-handedly topple nations, to direct history, was the power of an Overlord, of which Zaphenim has become emblematic. |
Policies in use by the Commonwealth International Crediting System range heavily, with clear 'good' and 'bad' actions which are defined by judicial superintelligences and biological overseers. Typically, actions of good will, effort, or actions which fall under forms of charity may boost one's social credit score. Actions of violence, criminality, or similar harmful activities may lower one's credit score. One's social credit score may also be reviewed and tested by an individual. Scores may also be shared freely upon request, though the departments which run the Commonwealth International Crediting System can always see anyone's score. Scores are also easily able to be viewed upon request. |
===Conquest of Aggregate Aylathiya=== |
Actions including pro or antigovernmental thoughts or discussions are not known to affect one's social credit score. However, rioting, damage of property, harm to others, or fanaticism with the government can lower one's social credit score. This topic has been frivolously debated in the Commonwealth Parliament, yet it has seen no major changes since the Commonwealth's Eclipse. It has also seen heavy criticism and support on social media, though this is not known to influence much in the bigger picture. |
With the Commonwealth's army in ruins, generals and aristocrats throughout the Dominion rushed toward it to take as much territory as they could. Imperatrix Jezebel personally delineated who would get to control which territory, increasing the number of duchies by two times. While this certainly caused political instability, the creation of the Greater Martial Consilium assuaged the fears that Jezebel was getting too strong. Everyone with a noble title could vote in this assembly, creating the means for the various duchies to override unilateral imperial decrees. Offhandedly, Jezebel gave each of the angels a title to keep them content. |
Years went by and Jezebel's War ended with most of the nobility destroyed and power centralized among a much smaller aristocracy. The angels stayed neutral, which demoted most of them to vassals of the duke Zaphenim, who had grown increasingly confident in his right to rule. Zaphenim grew increasingly frustrated with the system of formalities, rituals, and restrictions placed on him by his title. |
Social credit in the Commonwealth also effects standing with employment in the workforce and military application. An individual may have low social credit be a reason to remove them from the workforce or the military. In extreme cases, it could be grounds for an arrest or detainment. Typically, pay is not deducted unless an individual has had a history of violent activity. Rights such as voting may be suspended for periods of time, in the case that one performs violent actions against the government or general society. |

Basic Income= |
=== Basic Income === |
Basic income has been a facet of the Commonwealth for many millennia, ever since the rise of post-scarcity and expansion of stellar empires. In the many years since the implementation of basic income, numerous services which were once known to be costly have been granted to citizens. Standard residence, food, augmentations, healthcare, and education are just a few of the many basic rights which come with the Commonwealth's basic income system. Smaller amounts of local currency or Carosi are also given to individuals to spend for entertainment, vanity, or personal reasons. |
A banquet, where every high-ranking noble was invited to celebrate the crowning of Wren Drusus. Zaphenim made a big show of how little he liked this event, including mocking the Imperatrix herself. His hatred for the Consilium began when he was not invited to the next one. In his place, Ohko joined the group despite not even having a title. |
Succeeding in occupations, Service as a psychical member of the military, or holding a high social credit score can increase ones basic income greatly. However, if one manages to garner a higher income on their own, basic income may be mitigated but not entirely removed. People of higher wealth may see no basic income though, since they usually supply for themselves more than the highest levels of basic income could. |
|-| |
Occupations= |
=== Occupations === |
Employment in the Commonwealth is mostly performed by non-sapient androids or robots. While this has mostly decimated the idea of a biological workforce, one may apply for any occupation for an increased pay on their basic income. Several other benefits may also be unlocked which could lead to higher levels of healthcare, services, and better housing. Usually, citizens have applied for occupations to fulfill a moral obligation. The incentive of extra pay has also allowed numerous people to apply for jobs. Manual labor typically gives the most pay, since it has been noted to be one of the most difficult form of occupation. |
Vurilia had known every single person in that room. By the third official banquet, Vurilia secured a seat at the table. By recognizing the desires of Aggregate Aylathiya's rulers, it was simple to organize a new political party. The Aeternal Common Party was a religious order, quite common at the time, that represented the interest of Aggregate Aylathiya. It accumulated tremendous amounts of property and influence. Aggregate Aylathiya would have always tried for independence, but Vurilia played every card he had to make sure it would work. Yutira did not die in vain. Sydiah spent most of her time helping Vurilia, despite having forgotten her creations, she believed in their work. |
Occupations with less androids or robots typically include healthcare workers, mental health workers, or similar people which manage the lives of others. There also exist overseers of assembly lines or factories, as well as the overseers of power plants or other general locations with androids or robots. This is the case since there have been numerous people in history with a distrust to artificial intelligence. Furthermore, the use of sapient organisms or androids willingly taking up jobs is known to boost social credit score. This is a variable that depends on which service one takes. |

With the appointment of Ohko as crowned princess mere weeks before Wren's death, Zaphenim grew enraged. He had used his sheer strength to ensure no slights ever happened against him, but against another angel his threats were far less effective. The other nobles knew this and unanimously agreed with the appointment. As Zaphenim lost influence over Ohko, he conspired with the other angels to stage a coup. He would get his most devout followers, which were essentially his worshipers at this point, and simply walk into the capitol, grab the crown, the declare himself Imperator. No one could stop him if the other angels took down Ohko and Mars would not be a problem. |

The coup was a disaster. Ohko, strengthened by Mars, could match Zaphenim. Furthermore, motivating the other angels proved difficult. This civilization was nothing like the one he ruled in the past. Where he was a deity. That is what the history books said, that Zaphenim ruled with such authority people thanked him for every breath. The coup failed, the angels fled, and Zaphenim lost most of his body. |

=== System of Influence === |
<s>Much unlike the Boreal Federacy, a similar nation to the Commonwealth, the Commonwealth employs a lax system of intragalactic influence. While the Confederacy holds more extensive claims relating to sovereignty and future planning, the Commonwealth has been noted to stay more immediate with its future territory. It holds all of its infrastructure in its designated areas, with a system of dense urban complexes surrounded by vast, somewhat unused space reserved for the use of megastructures, industry, trade, and similar. Major lines of production also happen relatively far from populated areas, in the mostly unoccupied space which the CUEN takes claim to.</s> |
==Major Worlds== |
The Commonwealth has many major worlds, all of which are designated as high priority planets. Many of these include many industrial and economic centers of member nations or dense populational capitals. Other planets belonging to the Commonwealth remain as designated symbolic areas, reserved for preserving history and ancient tradition of many groups. Ever since its founding, the Commonwealth has taken a liking to major worlds and capitals, incorporating them into its space. Several tables of alphabetically sorted realms are below: |

==Citizen Demographics== |
The population of The Commonwealth, extending loosely across intergalactic hinterlands, has come to grow in an exponential sense. As such, the Commonwealth has incorporated a vast amount of major groups of people in its borders. It is said that thousands of sapient species have come to pledge their allegiance to the Commonwealth, holding up many nations and bringing them forth in intergalactic affairs. In the modern-day, the Commonwealth retains a Melting Pot kind of nature with its citizens, and expresses a freedom of expression for many sorts of cultures. Ideals which center around equity and equality pertaining to citizens have remained the norm before and since the Commonwealth's Eclipse. A list of the most prominent groups of people of the Commonwealth are below: |

==Diplomatic Relations== |
Foreign policies and relations of the Commonwealth are strongly oriented around trade, social cordiality, co-operation, and acceptance of culture / customs. The Commonwealth has been noted to be a very xenophilic organization, which employs a volley of physical and automated diplomats, and holds a heavy focus over teamwork in neighboring corporations, trade lines, and societies. Diplomats also ensure strong development of member nations in the Commonwealth, and has publicly vowed to keep them in a close and profitable harmony. The Commonwealth tends to promote the ideals of heavy economics, industry, commerce, and immigration to surrounding nations, and enforces it in its intranational borders. There also exist many worlds dedicated to being embassies, with a heightened level of diplomatic sites and cultural centers than normal. With these being spread all across the Local Universe, the Commonwealth has not only spread its influence, but has given itself a big name in terms of nations. |

Greater Martial Consilium
9749 CE - Present
Commonwealth of Aggregate Aylathiya
The Commonwealth of Aggregate Aylathiya is a federal monarchy occupying all of Aggregate Aylathiya.
Government and Politics

History
End of the First Commonwealth
Post-Collapse
Various nations split off from Sedrua, but only a handful of Sydiah's Architects remained. In the past, the various territories of Sedrua were held together by the threat of unmatachable violence. Any revolution would be met by the wrath of the universe's greatest magi. With most of them becoming corpses on far flung planets and Sydiah unable to produce more, the region became quite unstable. Foreign powers took the chance to take entire stars for themselves. The people of Aggregate Aylathiya needed to learn how to properly govern themselves, especially with foreign powers breathing down their necks.
The Core Worlds Alliance
It was the closest attempt yet at a proper take on the Commonwealth. Even for immortal beings with the mythological strength, closely controlling the actions of vast interest groups, kings, political parties, companies, and religious movements was difficult. Taken aback by how easily their Commonwealth project suddenly arose, the two architects worked tirelessly to maintain the Alliance. At its height, the alliance had over a dozen stars represented within it, including ones never under Sedrua's control.
Aurothiya
Commonwealth of Post-Sedruan States
Trillions began to think of themselves as "Sedruan."
War of the Ancients
Conquest of Aggregate Aylathiya
Aylathiya's Ignominy & Independence
