Amaranth Legacy Monthly Newsletter
By LordSkorne7
Hey everyone!
April was an absolutely incredible month for Amaranth Legacy, and I'm very proud to see how far we've come in so short a time. We welcomed so many wonderful new faces, shared tons of new content and stories, and set the stage for some exciting things ahead. I just want to take a moment to personally thank all our new members for joining us, and to extend a thank you to our longtime members for sticking around and making this community what it is.
Seeing this space grow as we get closer to our 10-year anniversary honestly blows my mind. It’s been a wild, wonderful ride so far.
Here’s to an even better May!

Template & Tool Releases

- Template:Appearing Text Effect by Skorne
- Interactable Maps by Tess
- Template:TerminalLook by mMONTAGEe
A newly designed, more compact Category Format was also released by Tess, offering a cleaner and more complete display of category contents.
In addition; Tess rolled out a revamped voting system for Monthly Article Challenges, streamlining how entries are evaluated and selected.
Finally: the Infobox Reformater was launched to assist with the repair and conversion of broken Fandom infoboxes and templates. Fixes for pages in both the Borealis Universe and Local Universe began in earnest at the start of May.
Other Notes
The second Monthly Community Drive took place in April, focusing on non-writing tasks that help maintain and improve the site. This round, titled the Housekeeping Drive, encouraged members to revisit and polish existing content. Several foundational pages were cleaned up by their respective authors—thank you to everyone who took part in keeping the site organized and up-to-date.
Our Minecraft server was relaunched on version 1.12.2 earlier in the month and saw some solid activity. However, we’ve decided to pause it until June, when we’ll resume on version 1.20 with a more stable and updated modpack.
— We’re looking forward to jumping back in with everyone once site work slows down; stay tuned!
