Diceros Payne

Head of the ‘Payne Family’, Diceros Payne is a mutated Rhinoceros Iguana, part of the GenoSys Project S.C.A.L.E. He was the most powerful mutant the project created, but also treated the harshest by project scientists. He has extreme levels of strength surpassing that of Salvatore Peroza

Diceros killed Zephyr Gravemasker’s parents and manipulated the scene to make it appear as though the two had been killed in a car accident. Diceros is the physically strongest out of any mutant so far in the series. He possesses enough brains to go with his brawn though, so he's not a meathead.

Diceros runs a safe haven for any mutants who need a place to stay in an old ghetto downtown. Because of his hospitality, many of the mutants he hosts are willing to do odd jobs for him, usually involving stealing something or making an example out of someone
