Across Earth there is a vast variety of truly colossal organisms, that defy not only the square-cube law but seemingly evolution itself. These are the Kaiju.
The SRD classifies Kaiju under different categories depending on their origins. The primary and most well-known category is the Fallen Deity. Fallen Deities are creatures who have the souls of various gods and goddesses who were slain during Ragnarok, Fallen Deities have a high level of intelligence, though their intelligence is not as advanced as it was in their godly form, additionally, they do not remember their old lives but retain their personalities and demeanors. The other category is the Mutations, which were once ordinary creatures that were mutated by some external force (be it Primordial Ooze, Radiation or Genetic Engineering). Mutations are typically less intelligent than their Fallen Deity counterparts, though a mutations intelligence is heavily dependant on their species before mutation.
