Across [[Earth (Strataverse)|Earth]] there is a vast variety of truly colossal organisms, that defy not only the square-cube law but seemingly evolution itself. These are the Kaiju.
Singular '''Jötunn''', also called Kaiju, Titans, Nephilim, Giants etc. The '''Jötnar''' are a group of colossal organisms found across the planet. before 2,500 years ago there were hundreds of different species. but now only relatively few remain and in incredibly small numbers.


The SRD classifies Kaiju under different categories depending on their origins. The primary and most well-known category is the '''Fallen Deity.''' Fallen Deities are creatures who have the souls of various gods and goddesses who were slain during [[Ragnarok]], Fallen Deities have a high level of intelligence, though their intelligence is not as advanced as it was in their godly form, additionally, they do not remember their old lives but retain their personalities and demeanors. The other category is the '''Mutations''', which were once ordinary creatures that were mutated by some external force (be it [[Primordial Ooze]], Radiation or Genetic Engineering). Mutations are typically less intelligent than their Fallen Deity counterparts, though a mutations intelligence is heavily dependant on their species before mutation.
[[Human (Saurian War)|Humans]] often used to revere these creatures as gods, they function essentially like [[Earth (Saurian War)|Earth's]] nervous system.


== History ==
The first Jötnar evolved recently, only at the end of the Miocene about 5 million years ago. The exact pressures experienced by these species as well as how it was physically allowed to happen is a mystery.


Most Jötnar were killed after the events of Ragnarok in 2,500 BCE

Titanus Anukis’s Megaorganism Ecosystem is rich and diverse, comprised primarily of Mesozoic-era Reptiles and Eocene Mammals (aside from invertebrates), few Erratic-esque creatures live on her. Anuket is flightless but capable of running at speeds of over 230mph.
