What is Amaranth Legacy?

In short: Amaranth Legacy is a community of worldbuilders, writers, and storytellers, all brought together to share writings, artwork, and ideas. We have a decade-long history, with 132 users and 3,895 pages on this website.

This community's structure relies heavily on a concept of Scopes—our term for separate, individual canons. Currently, we have 68 Scopes.

How can I join?

In short: To start editing, you need to make an account on this website. All you need is an email address! This can be done by clicking on the profile icon, selecting the "log in" link, and filling out the input form.

The Monthly Article Challenge for May 2025 is now LIVE!!

The theme is Amaranth. This one's a bit broader than usual, as it's more of a celebration of our community's titular color/concept/what have you.

Your submissions can have Amaranth in the title, or have it be Amaranth in hue/structure. Or relate to "Amaranth" as a concept, either if you want to take inspiration to Amaranth in its OG form (as in Imagindarium Amaranth) or have it be really meta and relate to Amaranth Legacy directly.

Just relate it back to Amaranth in some way that makes it stand out, and celebrate this occasion by showing off what you love!

Because it's the anniversary and so specials, you have until 9:00 PM PDT (UTC -8) on the 28th to submit your articles, so START WRITING!!!!!!!
